In 1991 upon graduation from law school, Israel began a solo law practice and now has three locations in Houston, Texas. Israel travels throughout the State of Texas representing clients.

Israel was born and raised in Austin, Texas where he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Israel moved to Houston to attend Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Upon graduation, Israel remained in Houston, Texas. Israel has three law office locations in the City of Houston. Israel has a statewide legal practice.
