Established in 2009.

With several locations nationwide we first started in south florida and have expanded into the utah area. With store owner Brad as a former ups employee he decided to get into something he loved, electronics. After contacting Dr PhoneFix headquarters 3 months later he opens his first Store in the south jordan area with a second in mind in park city, utah. We are glad to offer utah a cellphone, iPad, computer service. It’s something that benefit customers.

Sadly I have to update that the screen cracked in the corner on the iPhone in under a month of repair. Was told the 90 day warranty won’t cover this. Beware. Warranty is picky.

With a broken and inoperable screen on my iPhone 4, I received quick and friendly service after 5 pm, and had my phone back within the hour. It ended up being $ 35 cheaper than the Verizon retailer’s quote too! Thanks yawl.

I had a great experience here. I had a iPhone 5 that had the misfortune of getting iOS 8 installed on it. iOS 8 killed the rear camera. I had read that replacing the back camera fixed it so I brought it into here. The woman that helped me was very nice. They replaced the camera in under an hour. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem, but they charged me less because the repair didn’t work.
I’ll definitely take my business here instead of iQue as long as I keep receiving the same level of service.

Oh man, bad, bad experience. With all the options today this isn’t the place to go. Took in a phone with a bad blower button. Guy was unable to listen, and got furious when I asked for another guy. Horrible experience. Won’t ever be back, too bad because they are close.
