Locked our keys in the car at the ski mountain. Called Best and by the time I was finished with a drink at the bar he was there for us. Popped the lock in seconds. Great service. Thanks, In my book, you are the Best Locksmith!!!

I broke the key in the lock to my shed’s deadbolt this morning, called this locksmith and he was there in less than an hour. He was able to fix it quickly and even waited while I ran to Meeks to buy a new door knob.
I also had him re-​key my 3 entry doors and he even fixed one that was installed upside down without me asking him to. Great service!

Got locked out the house Saturday at 6 and The locksmith was there by 6:15. the locksmith unlocked the door in 15 minutes and it was snowing outside. Great service and highly recommended!

Wooooowwww this guy was such a douche to me. I needed a copy of a key made stat on Sunday AM. I looked on Unilocal and this was the only place open (business hours on Unilocal were incorrect apparently). Anyways so I called because I was having trouble finding the place. The guy who answered was so unnecessarily rude, he could’ve kindly explained to me that the hours were incorrect but instead he was a complete grumpy cat and went on about how that’s not how his business works (he doesn’t do drop-bys)…How was I suppose to know? Anyways I think if you own a business… in a small town. and name it «Best Locksmith of Tahoe»…you should probably work on your customer service skills.

Only guy who helped me out 4th of July weekend when I lost my chip key but didn’t properly program one o the keys.
Then would not refund my money of remedy key. Currently in a small claims process with owner.
