Frank and his team are great! We had to cut down 20 trees in our front yard and Frank made the process very quick and easy. When I called for an estimate he was out within a couple of days to give us a quote (which was very reasonable) and when we were ready to schedule, we were able to have the work completed in that same week. From start to finish it only took a single days worth of work to cut down all 20 trees, grind the stumps, and cut the trees into rounds for us so we can split them into firewood. I love Tahoe, but am continually amazed at the number of businesses here that apparently function without customers, since they’re impossible to reach. Frank Cody actually ANSWERS THE PHONE, fits your appointment in quickly, and shows up when he says he will! Hallelujah!
(2) Great price. Got three quotes, and Cody’s was hundreds less than the next one and less than half of the highest one.
(3) Great job! A team of about six guys (all nice, polite and professional) showed up ON TIME and tackled the job of removing and/​or limbing 9 trees in about an hour or so. They left the place and trees looking clean and spiffy, even sweeping the driveway. They took out an additional small tree for free, and bucked up the trunks we kept for firewood.

We used Mr. Cody’s tree service to have on of our trees on our property removed. Got the permit with TRPA and then called Cody’s to get a quote. I was happy with the initial quote that he gave and about 3 – 5 days later, he had his crew cut down the tree. Good communication; very professional; highly recommended!
