I have been using h&r block for years. I recently moved to tahoe and decided to continue using h&r block. Do not be fooled by the «walk ins welcome» sign, as soon as you come in for a walk in they will deny you and set you up for an appointment. Not to mention the receptionist did not know much of anything and sounded very unprofessional and confused. I will never return to this business.

They quoted me a price over the phone and then after the work was done, charged me double and wouldn’t adjust the price. Very slimy business practice, don’t trust them.
