Established in 1985.

Randy’s father started off our locksmith biz back in the early ‘80s, pulling Randy into it quickly.

We started off small, with just one van and a little shop, but grew over the years into a business well-​liked, well-​respected and well-​known in the community.

We strive to accomplish incredible customer service, an outstanding quality in the work we do, and we’re reliable. We’re there when you need us…

Great guys, friendly, they knew exactly what I needed. They cut a new barrel key for me and fixed the lock on my Harley Tour Pack without any waiting. Jesse detailed the problem to me, offered suggestions and let me make the decision to make the permanent repair. Very reasonable rates on top of superior service. This is The place you want to use when you wish you didn’t have to.

Randy came out to our Lake Tahoe home and rekeyed seven doors and added a keyed lock to our garage door. Quick service, reasonable price (to a Bay Area guy like me), and the latches that were difficult before now work easy and smooth. I highly recommend his work and would call him again!

The Llewellyn Family has always made getting locked out, needing to get into something or needing a new key as pleasant an experience as something that frustrating can be! The service either on location or at their store is friendly and the staff knowledgeable. They are kind and helpful and absolutely affordable. All my ‘lock and key’ needs have always been met with professionalism and a local heart. They always have a wide variety of products including fun decorative keys! I would suggest them to anyone! Definitely recommend Randy’s Integrity Locksmith. Didn’t know who to contact in the South Lake Tahoe area so went directly to Unilocal.Based on the reviews, this company is top notch, reliable, responsive, professional and fair. We needed immediate repair on a broken lock. They were timely, efficient, and kept us informed of their findings and recommendations. We would definitely use them again. My family managed to lock ourselves out of our cabin, and we couldn’t find the fake rock with the spare key in it. We called Integrity Locksmith and someone (I can’t remember the name, so sorry) showed up within half an hour and got right to work. Unfortunately, our cabin has older locks that were built really strong and are difficult to break into. The guy worked really hard in the hot sun for almost an hour trying to get it open. He almost had it when we finally found the spare key, but I’m confident that if we hadn’t found it, he would have gotten it open. If we ever run into another situation like this we’ll definitely call again, A+ service!

These guys are legit. Called them for an emergency issue with my sliding door in the Al Tahoe area and Jesse was out there within the hour. Gave me honest advice — replacing the lock on my sliding door would not make locking the door any better, but the real issue was with the bad keys I got made at a local DIY store. Sure enough, the keys Jesse made were superior and the locking mechanism was nice and smooth. On top of that the keys he made were on the house, so problem solved and now I have a trusted locksmith for my future needs!

A+ service!
Randy’s Integrity responded pronto to a call for help when I succeeded in locking myself out of my room instantly after happily finishing installation of a new keyed knob on the door. I was then put in the embarrassing position of emailing a friend to please call the locksmith for me because my phone was, of course, sitting just inside the locked room, right next to the brand new keys for the door…
Both Jessie and Randy were incredible — working very diligently to pick an unusually difficult security lock. Since standard approaches didn’t succeed in releasing the lock, they had to try several methods, and throughout, both Jessie and Randy remained friendly and professional, doing everything they could to avoid measures that would damage my new door, frame or hardware.
They will definitely have my business in the future for any locksmith services.

I needed to replace the lock at my rental condo. I wasn’t able to be in town so I was depending on hiring someone I could trust who would do a great job even if I wasn’t there. These guys are really awesome. They are really friendly and easy to communicate with, and very knowledgable. We had a complicated schedule since our rental condo was booked and they arrived exactly on time to do the job within a limited time window. We have lots of valuable stuff in our condo and so I am always a little worried when I am hiring anyone to do work there when I’m not around, but obviously these guys are totally trustworthy. I am very happy and I give my highest recommendation!
There was another reviewer who was complaining about high prices. But, I will ask you fellow Unilocalers who might be reading this review one question — do you really want to hire the cheapest locksmith out there? These guys are great! People who do a great job and really know what they are doing should be paid accordingly. Just my two cents.

Randy’s Integrity Locksmith is the BEST!!! I recommend to not look any further for a excellent locksmith. I cannot express how grateful we are as he really helped us out when we were in a bind. The key code pad at our home broke and I had renters arriving at our vacation rental in 2 hours. He arrived at our home within 30 minutes and fixed our key pad and re-​keyed our front door for us. I will definitely work with him again.

We live in San Francisco and have a place here in SLT. We came up yesterday and realized we had left our key at home. I called and someone was out 20 minutes later. He was super friendly and opened the doors and re-​keyed the locks in 15 minutes. I would definitely use them for any lock issues we may have in the future.

Robert is a true pro. He saved me from a total nightmare situation when I lost my rental car keys on the mountain. He knew that Chrysler vehicles require a special PIN for key replacement only available at the dealerships but managed to get the code and have me on my way ASAP. Otherwise I would have had to tow the vehicle to Reno! MANY THANKS!!!

One of my employees at my restaurant disappeared on us, and word around town is that he skipped town. Like a punk. With a key to the restaurant. Yeah I know, he sucks. So anyway, I called these guys to change the locks, and it gone done right and quick. I’ll call again if I need to, but hopefully I won’t…

Randy was out on what didn’t need to be an emergency basis, but I preferred the locks be changed that day. It was after hours and the fees were still reasonable. Randy showed up in less than 45 minutes and had the job done in about 10 minutes. It was GREAT!
Great customer service, prompt, affordable, and efficient.
This is a very high recommendation to anyone who needs a locksmith!!!
