We worked with Don and Theresa Souers. They are a class act. We looked for a few months for the perfect property. During this time they always returned our calls and were very helpful. More impressive was that after the sale was complete and all the paperwork was signed we found an item that the buyer was suppose to fix and didn’t. We didn’t notice it during the walk through. Don made sure it was fixed and kept us informed of the timeline. We will use them again should we decide to sell or have family and friends who might need a realtor.

These people have co-​opted my google maps. Some how I looked at a home and now every single ask for directions takes me to their address… I recommend boycotting them. I do not know what hacker stuff they are pulling but no business should be able to do this. They have ruined Google maps for me, I used it both for my business and as navigation on my tablet. Now every system I use is corrupted the minute I log in to my Google acct. it thinks I need to go to their business. Just terrible and unethical.

Travis is great! We have been wanting to purchase a 2nd home in Tahoe for several years but it just had not worked out. Travis helped us find the home we wanted, and he made the transaction very smooth. He helped line up all of the inspections that needed to be done and answered all of our questions or pointed us in the right direction when he could not answer them. Travis grew up in the area so he knows the area very well. He knows the benefits and downsides of all of the different areas around SLT. I highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to buy a home is SLT.
