These guys have the worst communications I have ever seen. Any communications is done by US Mail. I left a message because they locked my storage unit on me and I never got a phone call back. I had to call them before I could get an answer. They have my phone number but wouldn’t call me back.
A month ago there was fraud on my credit card that I use for auto pay and had to replace it. Instead of SLTMS calling me and saying there was a problem with my credit card, they locked me out. TEACH YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO USE THE PHONE!!!
