Hello my name is Alexys llamas I’m 25 years of age, I was born here in beautiful south Lake Tahoe. i graduated from south Tahoe High my passion is cars so this is how I got started I came from a family of 5 I’m the oldest we have two younger siblings a little bro and a lil sister. here we go so I got my first car at the age of 17 it wasn’t the most beautiful car but it lent so much to me it has scratches and dings and a very dirty pain job with lots of oxidation well I loved it and started to clean it up then I realized that I loved to clean cars and turn them into a better looking car kinda like a sharp hair cut or a new mascara you just love that’s how I feel about detailing cars it’s a passion not a job for me I take every car that comes into my shop as if it was mine to clean. I got my 4 Runner detailed and Alexis did an amazing job! He went through every nook and cranny. You can tell he really loves cars and puts the extra effort in to make sure everything is perfect. The only downside was our appointment was for 8 am but when I got to the shop no one was there. I was able to get a hold of him right away though and found out he thought the time was 10 am. To make up for it, he put on a coat of expensive wax for free. You should plan on leaving your car there all day. I dropped mine off at 8 am and it wasn’t ready until 4 pm. That was over a week ago and it still smells amazing inside! Like that new car smell. I’ll definitely go back to Alexis.

South Shore Custom Detailing is the best place to take your car in South Lake Tahoe. I brought my car here a few month ago. The owner drove me home while he meticulously cleaned the interior of my car, once he was complete (about two hours later) he came back and picked me up. Incredible customer service. I have a puppy who is now a little over one year old. Unknowingly to me my puppy made the back seat of my car filthy. South Shore Custom Detailing restored my car to the beauty that she is. They helped me feel good about driving my car again. Thank you, South Shore Custom Detailing! I will be back.

I had the best detail job ever… my SUV was scratched and filthy… it looks amazing plus the scratches and paint from the pole I hit are gone!!!
The inside was definitely a disaster… dogs, kids, beach, snow, skateboards… afterwards the interior looks brand new… I’m so happy!!!
I’ve never had such a great and thorough job!!! Totally the best!!! Plus if you need a gift for someone hard to buy for, this would be a bomb gift!!! The holidays are coming up and I know my car will be looking great!!!

These guys were absolutely amazing. They replaced the battery on our rental car when we were in real crisis. Prompt, professional, personable– I can’t say enough good things. They accommodated themselves to go above and beyond in a bunch of ways– picking up our car from our place when we needed, forwarding their office phone to their cell so we could reach them after hours if needed, offering a loaner car when we weren’t sure how long the repair would take…
We worked mostly with Alex, who was super easy to talk to and work with. The prices felt fair and they were just looking to do good work. It’s tough to be a car-​novice and need repair work because it’s easy to feel out of ones element. These guys were trustworthy and wonderful.

I took my Lexus in to get a full detail I was really impressed with everything that they did, car smelled great seats looked brand new carpets were so clean I had big stains because I have a baby the outside had a few scratches well those were gone I usually do my own car so I know what to look for and i am very picky about who does anything to my cars. Owner is young and professional must defiantly go here, one more thing they are not cheap but worth every penny.

I am a total perfectionist with respect to my cars. I have been burned a couple of times by local detailers that work on location or from their homes. I have had my vehicles done by a shop in Berkeley for years that is the top rate shop in the Bay Area. I was concerned trusting my baby to someone new, but these guys delivered. A top notch job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Alexys was able to get us right in, which was great, and kept our 2002 Toyota Highlander for several hours… we are selling it and wanted ‘her’ to look her best! When we picked ‘her’ up my husband asked where our car was! She’s a new woman! Attention to detail is my impression… maybe we don’t want to sell her after all! Highly recommend!!!

Brought my vehicle in for full interior and exterior detailing at South Shore Custom Detailing and feel very satisfied with the service. They cleaned up my truck inside and out, nearly restored its appearance, and even cleared off some adhesive that has been stuck for years. Great customer service and impressive work.

Took my 1942 Lasalle out of storage after a few years. Got it tuned up and running great, only thing missing was a clean car. Took it to South Shore Custom detail to give them a try. I am so impressed at their professionalism and work! Wow! My 42 looks and smells so good, I can’t wait to drive around the lake this weekend. Thank you guys so much, I will def be back!

LOVE THIS DETAILING COMPANY.
The last time I came to town I brought my Camaro to be detailed– I don’t trust my car with anyone, but I gave them a shot anyway. The turnout was amazing. My car look like the day it came off the lot, it looked and smelled great; having leather seats I slacked on maintenance but the interior looked beautiful, they cleaned every nook & crannie in my cramped car, the exterior was just as good if not better. The owner did a phenomenal job and is super knowledgeable in the art of detailing.
I highly recommend them, I’m coming back this summer for a wedding and I’m definitely stopping by to get my Bumblebee touched up.

This is a nice place to get your car detailed, the owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to detailing. They left my car like it was new. My car smelled horrible. And they left it smelling like a brand new car. Can’t go wrong with that. They left my outside looking like. Brand new paint job
The reason why I’m giving this 2 stars is because although they left my inside super clean. They missed spots, under my seats and my door panels. From what I saw thy only clean what’s noticeable. Which is nice but if they charge that amount of money they should get everything not just the noticeable parts. So overall it’s a good place but should really deep clean the whole car

this palce was great i thought my car couldnt be fixed it was so messed up thanks to some jack wagon that had no idea what he was doing! i messaged the owner and he contacted me right away! asking what needed to be fixed and we met! he took a look at my car and said he could fix it I was really hoping he could cus my car was BAD!!! he kept in touch with me through the whole process and told me how it was going that my car was beginning to look great !! when he was done i couldnt belive it my car looked even better than when i bought it so shiny from the inside out very detailled work defenitly recommed it takes dedication to do a good job and this place definitely offers that if you want your car looking better than ever you must go here you will be very pleased with the results.
