I am so delighted to have found Hawley and Sugaring. Hawley is the sweetest little gal and she explains the process very clearly before we get started. My skin felt very smooth and hair free afterwards. I’m not going to lie, it was still a little painful, but nothing as painful as waxing. And now I am hair free and loving it! I highly recommend SUGARED and HAWLEY and I look forward to going back again and again.

I had my first experience today at sugared spa. I had done traditional waxing in the past and had not been satisfied with previous spas. I met Hawley, She was very accommodating and she explained the process completely. She also made me feel completely at ease. I have lived in Tahoe over 13 years and would highly recommend sugared. Be sure to ask for Hawley, She is superior at what she does!

I am SO happy that I met Hawley and discovered her wonderful sugaring service. I have some hormonal imbalances and grow a lot of hair that has caused me years of insecurity and stress. I’ve tried waxing, shaving and depilitory creams, but with my sensitive skin, I would always breakout and look awful. I literally had no hope and was going to accept the fact that this was something I had to live with. After my first sugar experience, I was hooked! I have been getting sugared for a few months now, and I am so grateful that Hawley provides this service. She made me feel so comfortable with something I was embarrassed about for so many years. I faithfully go every 3 weeks and getting sugared is something that makes me feel so much more confident in myself that touches every aspect of my life. It doesn’t hurt as much as waxing, Hawley is always accommodating regarding scheduling appointments, and she is fun to talk to! Her prices are reasonable as well, I feel like this service is accessible to anyone without having to break the bank. I highly recommend this service, it has done wonders for my life. My hair grows back much less and is way more manageable now. I’m actually looking forward to wearing a bathing suit this summer, thanks so much Hawley you’re awesome!

Today I had an hour facial with the Arctic Berry Peel and my skin is glowing! This was the best facial I have ever had. Hawley was sure to explain the process and all products she uses and what to expect.
I’ve been coming to Sugared regularly for brow shaping and tinting. Hawley put me through «brow rehab» and I am constantly receiving compliments on them! The sugaring process is much gentler than traditional waxing, my skin never breaks out.
This is the go to spot in Lake Tahoe for hair removal and skin care!

Hawley is the absolute best ! Hair removal is almost always painful but Hawley makes the whole experience the closest you can get to enjoyable. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with waxing/waxers…so I will only be getting sugared from now on. Love how smooth I am after and it lasts for a few weeks, which means always prepared for a bikini !

Today was my second time at Sugared, first time getting a facial. I went a few weeks back for my brows and scheduled an appt for the «Trick or Treatment» special that was going on.
I ended up having to reschedule twice then was late to my appt and Hawley was so wonderful and accommodating for me (even though I was a total pain by this point). Finally, today was my much anticipated facial and brow touch up. Hawley was incredible. We discussed my skin and she explained the entire facial before we got started so there were no surprises. My sensitive skin was glowing all day! I will absolutely be back again.

Hawley is the best at what she does. She explains the sugaring process to you and makes you feel very comfortable. Hair removal with sugar is so much more gentle on the skin and makes the process less painful. I get multiple things done with her and I will definitely keep doing that. She is also the best at doing eyebrows. She listens to what you want and like. I highly recommended her, she’ll make sure you feel comfortable and are happy!

I made an appointment with Becky and she was absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend her if you are in town and need to get pampered!

Love Hawley. She makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to explain the «sugared experience» that really is better and more sanitary than waxing.

Went to sugared for the first time and was super impressed. Hawley is awesome so quick and knowledgeable. I’ve been sugared before in southern Cali and never experience the level of service before. Also the studio is clean, welcoming and the receptionist was very nice! I’d highly recommend this place!

Not only is the product line the best available and quite delectable for your senses during the experience, Hawley is so knowledgable about skin care and happy to answer any and all questions. The experience from start to finish is great. Making an appointment was easy and the whole process itself is relatively painless. Thankful because I’ve heard waxing hurts a ton. Let me begin by saying I’ve always fancied myself a bit of a hippy when it comes to body hair removal thus I have been letting my bikini area go for quite some time… mainly because I’ve been waxed before and always ended up with ingrown hairs and overall discomfort and let’s be honest… shaving all around sucks. Now that I’ve been sugared I’m positive I will never go back. It was sooo significantly less painful than waxing and Hawley was so amazing. I got a brazilian and she knew where hurt the most and would tell me when to breathe and shake it out. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and warmth that is so important to making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Thanks Hawley!

Great place! Clean and smells delightful. We were running late and they had no problem seeing us and giving us our full hour that we scheduled. My therapist was very aware and did her job well. I would totally return to this spa when I’m in Tahoe.

Hands down the BEST Brazilian I’ve ever had! Hawley was so nice and welcoming. After getting waxed with sugar I don’t think I will ever go back to regular wax. It was virtually painless compared to regular wax. I researched different locations in the are but nothing compared to Sugared. Next time I’m in town, Sugared will be one of my first pit stops!

I went to Sugared for the first time before my wedding. I had never tried sugaring or even waxing before, but went for a full Brazilian and lower legs. I was nervous about being exposed and it being painful, however, my worries were completely put at ease when I met Hawley. She is passionate about sugaring and makes sure you are comfortable.
I was so impressed with the results that I’ve now been back for two more Brazilians. I even had to delay my last appointment by a week because their wasn’t enough hair! After only two sessions the amount of hair had diminished greatly and had become very fine and light in color. I am officially hooked! I don’t think I could go back to shaving now. Sugaring has made my skin so smooth that I just feel sexier and more confident. Thank you Sugared!
