What a disaster. When I arrived there was one other person here. He had problems with the soda machine (drinks were warm) and with the change machine (took his $$ but didn’t dispense quarters). My wash load went fine. First dryer, put in my $$ and it started just fine. It was hot. After 25 min checked to pull out the light weight clothes which should have been dry, only to discover that there had been NO HEAT! The clothes were cold and no where close to dry. Moved to 2^nd dryer. Checked the heat after 2 minutes, and was fine. Checked again after 15 minutes, and it was again COLD!!! By now I’ve wasted 45 minutes. And I still have soaking wet clothes!!! Find somewhere else with reliable machines!!!

4^th time is bust for me. Today’s event was Aug 30^th 8:30 am…
Maybe AVOID the more expensive front loaders — $ 2.75. #2 aisle — no hot water again twice now — My Bad. Others in the laundry today also said they had not hot water —
Paid and following results — 1.5 months
1 — 3 x no hot water (clothes NOT clean)…
2 — 1 x paid no wash.
3 — Still waiting for the first three refunds (over 4 weeks)
4 — Unable to file todays event — No repair/​refund slips — for two weeks noticed.
I have an idea the owners care and they appear to have two people that seem nice enough to open and close — but they apparently have nothing to do with keeping the forms box full, restarting heater or helping with refunds.
I wish them well — but this kind of business only succeeds with repeat business and referrals. If you need hot water or faster refunds — their are better places in south lake to go — some cheaper as well. (Heard good things about the place next to the Italian Rest). The new Red Hut prk area has been 100% for me other times.

My new favorite place to do laundry! I hate doing laundry at laundromats! This place makes it a joy! Wi-​Fi, comfortable chair stools, very clean, etc.etc., reasonably priced. Great job on the remodel.

Wow! I just did all of my laundry in one load in their 60 pound loader. Very clean and they offer free wifi. I’ll definitely be back!

Brand new laundromat. Multiple new large capacity washers and dryers. Appreciated the free internet. Also went next door to do my grocery shopping at Raleys while my wash was completed. Very clean.
