I have been a fitness enthusiast my entire life. As a certified PSIA ski instructor for 12 years. I discovered I love helping people to accomplish their active life style goals. After teaching in the ski industry for several years re-focused my attention to Personal and Group training. I know focus my attention to the development of my clients health and fitness goals through functional movement. So weather it be just simply weight loss or a 100 mile running race. We have done it all.
I have competed in the sport of road cycling, mountain biking racing, spent a several years racing triathlon both road and off road courses. I am still an avid skier but know spent more time in the back country and participating in endurance sports
