Literally the worst jets ever. Had to wait over two hours for my pizza to be delivered. Then when I called to ask where my order was, the first guy I talked to… Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Don’t go to this jets, they are TERRIBLE

This location has gone down hill. I am beginning to think there was a cheese shortage in South Lyon. My latest visit was the final straw when the pizza was sub par (AGAIN) and they gave us the wrong salad. We will be going to Aubree’s in the future.

Update: The manager contacted me and apologized for my bad experience and wanted to make things right. I came back in for another try. Valentine’s Day must have been a bad day, because this experience was much better. My pizza was made correctly and available on time.
The pizza isn’t as greasy as other chain pizzas I’ve had. The sauce is always a personal preference — this sauce is more oregeno-​y than the other chain pizzas that usually substitute for salt. It’s something I could get used to. The crust was crispy but also not greasy, and the dough wasn’t undercooked.
I also got the breadsticks, which I have to say were pretty good. Very airy and light, compared with the dense breadsticks you usually get elsewhere. These are great to dip in the sauce.
I was very happy with this experience. Management that cares about the customer, a better pick-​up experience and a better pizza brings Jet’s back into a pizza chain I can come back to.
