Charlotte Russe

I always come to this Charlotte Russ store because it’s close by and they have an awesome selection of clothes & accessories. Yesterday, upon entering the store, I politely approached the two ladies standing at the counter chatting away. My question was simple, I was confirming a sale I had heard of via their text messaging service which was Buy 1 Get 1 Free Leggings. The girl that acknowledged me was totally lost, hadn’t heard anything of the sale, she was hesitant to even honor it. I ignored her ignorance and went on my merry way to look at their great selection of cute leggings (which were ALL labeled on the racks BUY 1 Get 1 FREE) guess that answers lost girl at counters question lol The associate that helped me in the fitting rooms was soft spoken but helpful, to say the least… Lastly, when I was finally ready, the same two ladies were once again chatting away at the counter when I approached and greeted them. The one that rang me up didn’t even make eye contact with me or return a simple polite gesture to say, «HI». I felt like telling her a thing or two about customer service & maybe going back around the counter to give her a hug ’cause her life just MUST suck… She practically ignored my existence until she read out the total price for me & proceeded in hastily urging me to swipe my card… TWICE. I said goodbye to the one nice girl that helped me in the fitting rooms and left happily with my purchase. Customer service on the other hand, BLOWS!

I really like this Charlotte Russe location. This store is much easier to find stuff then the other locations i have visited. The fitting rooms can be a little hot inside, not sure why. but they have some cute stuff here if you have the time and patience to come and look.

This is one of the reasons I go to sunset place. Trendy, economical clothes and accessories. The staff is helpful and the store is well kept and organized. The dressing room always seems to be to warm in there but other than that not much to complain. Althougth not as big as forever 21, they do carry a variety of size ranges (tiny to big). They have text promotions for discount that they tell you about before you pay ;).
