Horrible service from owner and staff. Ive been a customer of theirs for over 10 years, the company ruined 3 of my shirts and did not want to replace them. They blamed it on the manufacture stating they were defective from factory. For being the most expensive dry cleaning service in Miami they have the WORST customer service. They just lost a long time client, Id look for other cleaners in the area.
