Lily’s Limousine

Awesome experience! Nice cars! Nice drivers!!! Was really pleased with the service! Thank you lily for setting the standard of what a limo company should be!!!

I used them a half-​dozen or so times for airport trips in 2010 – 2012, they were generally decent enough, say 3 or 3.5 stars. But then I had a bad 1-​star experience with them earlier this year and because of that I wouldn’t use them again.
I scheduled and double-​confirmed a 5:00 am pickup, then at about 4:45 am they called and said they’re there, was I ready. I said no, but I could be outside by 4:55. They said OK 5:00, but I just had the sense that the car that was out there at 4:45 wasnt gonna wait for me, and I was right.
Long story short, there was no car at 5 am, 5:05 am, 5;10 am, or 5:15 am. I called dispatch a bunch of times to express my displeasure, each time the guy gave the usual that the driver was just about there, yadda yadda. Finally just as I was calling another taxi service Lilys pulled up, 20 minutes late on a double-​confirmed pickup.
The driver was fine, it wasn’t his fault, and I made my flight. But what should have been a nice relaxed morning turned into a very stressful and annoying morning.
Lilys could possibly have redeemed themselves by apologizing and/​or comping a trip, but instead they just charged me full fare plus their built-​in gratuity, and ignored my angry text messages and e-​mails about my experience.
So, never again with Lilys.
