Creaser Jewelers

I bought my fiancés tourmaline engagement ring from Creaser Jewelers, and my experience with their business has been simply perfect.
All of their staff is wonderful. I first communicated with Creaser Jewelers via email, and they were very responsive and helpful. When I finally made it into the store, I felt very at ease. The staff was happy to show me as many rings as I wanted to see. They eagerly helped me search within my fairly modest budget, and they never pressured me to make a purchase I wasn’t sure of. In fact, they encouraged me to be 100% certain before putting any money down.
At first, the ring I wanted seemed to be out of my budget. The saleswoman and jeweler (Dennis Creaser) were happy to help. Dennis found a beautiful stone of slightly lower karat value. The stone fit within the band I loved and within my budget. Perfect! They made and shipped the ring very promptly.
I have since had the ring serviced twice by them — once for a resizing and once for general wear. Neither issue was their fault, and they gladly did the repair free of charge.
In summary, Creaser Jewelers has beautiful pieces and ideal customer service. I highly recommend them!
