Highlands At South Plainfield

These apartments are lovely, although the appliances could desperately use some updating, they are still nice for the price. They are small, but ideal for a young couple or small family. Just right! The community is kept up very nicely with beautiful landscaping and snow is plowed promptly on those chilly winter days. The pool is extremely nice for summer, always kept very tidy and at the perfect temperature. The only issues which may arise are when you need something fixed by maintenance. They are prompt in fixing the issue, but many times they just use a technique to fix it for the time being instead of actually eradicating the problem. The maintenance workers seem to be annoyed when they are called out to fix problems, especially when it’s a recurring issue (for instance — our heater).
Overall, it’s a great location and easy to make it feel like home! Wonderful community vibe, and tons of yard space for your animals to walk around and children to play.
