Magic Hand Wash

First time here yesterday. Almost $ 20 w/​tax for the platinum service. I think you get what you pay for. My car wasn’t filthy, but still… it’s a newer black convertible — shows everything. They get you in and out in decent time, less than 30 mins and they were busy, but I had to ask them to go over the trunk area/​back bumper several times where water must have run off the soft top and down along trunk tracks. When I got home, I had to go over water spots on the grill and re-​windex both driver and passenger windows. However, they did a pretty good job on the interior cleaning/​vacuum.
Would I come back? Yes, but probably wouldn’t go out of my way to make the 15 min drive.

Only been here once but it was very professional, clean and quick. They do a good job drying the car at the end which makes a huge difference. If you plan on getting the platinum wash, go when there’s less traffic so they can pay attention to detail and you get your money’s worth. Other then the customers asking questions over and over about my car, it’s probably the best wash in the area (hand wash)

i wasn’t too impressed.
i asked for the platinum wash which cleans under the car. they do a decent job washing the car but didn’t dry it well so i had a million or so water spots the next day. they could do a better job cleaning the car’s interior.
maybe only worth it if you use the 20% off coupon on their website.

If you care about the cleanliness of your vehicle, DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT! bring your vehicle to this place. I learned today that if your not a big spender here, your vehicle is irrelevant to them. I only pay for the exterior wash since I don’t like my seats being moved and my personal property being touched. You would think they would dedicate the extra time they saved by not having to do the inside on the outside of the car… WRONG! They rush through it and do a horrible job where I find myself having to wipe the entire truck down all over again when I get home. The owner or whoever had air hoses installed on the exit of the bay so that the guy that drives your car out can blow out the soap/​water that sits in the mirrors. He should of saved his money because they do not bother making an attempt to blow the mirrors out. All of the soap/​water sits on the inside of the mirrors, and of course when you pull away, that soap/​water ends up all over the sides of your vehicle. Today, the guy, who’s only responsibility is to wash the rims, sprayed the rims with water and went back to leaning on the fence to chew on his nails. I bring this to his attention, and tells me I should bring my concerns to the manager or owner. That would be a waste of time because I have brought other issues to him and gave me a million and one excuses why they can blow out the mirrors, or why the roof of my truck can’t be washed, etc. Look, I went on and on and I can keep going, but I’ll leave you with this… SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There is no customer appreciation here. I guess I’m back to driving to Hudson County to get a car wash.

This place is great! The best in town! Dan the owner is often seen performing quality control. I go here once a week and everyone compliments me on how nice my car looks. You will not be disappointed.

I stopped here for a full service wash today. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. The wash left a lot to be desired. I paid $ 13 and some change and gave $ 2 for a tip. The interior of my car didn’t look like it had been touched! It was still very dusty. I alerted the manager (or owner, not sure) and he got one of the employees to wipe the inside of the car down. The gentleman gets out and now my car mat is dirty again! I won’t ever go there again.

They did a great job with my car. Fast and they get the job done. They do leave little water here and there, but you can pull up to the side and finish it up, if you’re that kinda person that needs it to be spotless.
The inside waiting room is clean and have little nic nacks A massage chair and other things for purchase.
I’ll be back.

Amazing car wash! The best one I’ve seen around NJ! They offer weekly discounts, the prices are reasonable, and the owner is always there helping his employees and making sure everything is being done correctly.

Very good hand car wash. You don’t have to worry about much because it is a very soft touch wash. No busted antenna. No missing moldings.
They could do a little better on the interior and the floor mats but I still come here all the time

After complaining online and receiving a quick response from the owner with correction assurances I decided to try again. Actually two more times. There were only three cars in the queue.
Ready: The vacuum guy on the rear passenger side scratched the door plastic pretty bad. I’m considering talking to you but proof is tough, even though I’m 100% sure it’s you. Still the guy at the end of the tunnel that’s supposed to blow off the mirrors is brain dead. I stood in front of him nicely and mimicked the blow them off better motion. He looked at me vacantly and then got in my baby. He jerked it around to the other guys that were good. Again the moment I pulled away the water poured out of my mirrors all over my doors. I backed up and showed him, he said sorry. When I got home, I again needed to wet and clean many spotted and streaked areas all over my car.
Conclusion: I’m sorry Mr. Owner, thanks for the quick worded response but you’re car wash is terrible and it remains terrible. You corrected absolutely nothing. This is in no way a professional wash. It’s quick, sloppy and destructive. I will never be back.

Pros: They do a very good job with hand cleaning your car when it goes through the tunnel. Lots of water for the rinse cycle removing all excess soap. I was pleased with the under carriage wash as well. Pretty fast for a hand car wash
Cons: They do a horrible job on windows. Unfortunately, this is another disappointing visit to a car wash where my windows are in worse condition then when I arrived. They also did a terrible job with drying the car. They used the same rags to wipe down the car as they did to wipe door jams. This left a streaky mess behind on my paint (probably worse on the next car they walked over to and started drying after mine). The ground where they being to dry the car is filthy and muddy. Not an issue for me (thanks to rubber mats), but someone with a lighter interior floor will certainly soil the carpet when walking over to and getting their vehicle.
Notes: Pricing is decent. I might come back here if I am in the area and give them another shot. I would not recommend going here if it’s out of your way.

This place is an out right fraud. I brought my car in and they lost a part. I called the manager 5 times and no response. My car looked clean after it was waxed. Then I felt the paint and it didn’t feel smooth. I put water on the car to see if the car had bubbles. NONE. I have to bring in my car now to get it waxed. That is unreal. I would NOT tell anyone to bring thier car into this place. I would be very surprised if they stay in bussiness.

Good car wash. Sometimes the rags they use for the windows are not very clean and my windows end up dirtier and streakier than before, but that doesnt happen often. They do a good job overall, but its a lil expensive (even for the basic).

This place is great. They really take their time with your car.

this is a nice car wash. they washed my car and it came out clean. i like that they hand buff the car, it makes it cleaner.

heard there was new ownership– went and checked it out, open all the time, convenient– new owner is all over it — anxious to please — will go back
