I was in the market for a new washer/​dryer, So i decided to check out the Sears Appliance Showroom a friend mentioned to me. So this past weekend I did so. I was greeted at the door very kindly by the gentleman, and also offered some refreshments! They had a large variety of appliances and the sales person was very knowledgeable of each and every one of them. It made me feel very comfortable. So I made my purchase and I am satisfied, I had it connected today! I would recommended this store. I will be back for a dishwasher!

Its not the people in the showroom that are horrible it is the customer service people who you have to call and deal with when your product breaks down! GO TO PC RICHARDS!!! TRUST ME! It took 5 damaged refrigerators being delivered to my house to get to corporate!!! horrible!!! I HATE YOU SEARS AND ALL YOUR INDONESIAN CALL CENTER PEOPLE WHO CANT SPEAK ENGLISH! I got one person from america when I got through to customer solutions aka corporate!

DO NOT shop at this store. They just opened and the people that work there do not know what they are doing. We took 30 minutes to pick out our applianaces and it took over 90 minutes to checkout. It did not stop there — then we were told that because the store is new, no internet service provider will install proper internet there — so our kitchen appliances order was lost in the Sears shuffle and they had to re-​key it in. Oh, and it doesn’t stop there — because of the order being lost– we still dont’ have our appliances installed and on top of that– we were told that the delivery/​haulaway guys DO NOT haulaway microwaves and dishwashers!!! There is something endemically wrong with the Sears customer service model– BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT.
