I called because my daughter was asking me about an ombré Im a single dad and the girl on the phone was rude if this is how they treat potential customers on the phone in person they cannot be much better and obviously do not need the business. Will not be going there.

I’ve been dealing with damaged hair for quite some time. I recently underwent major surgery and due to the medication and anesthesia, my hair was falling out tremendously. My hair felt horrible and looked horrible.
I went to this salon on a whim as I did not want to go back to the dreadful beverly hills that I used to go to. I did a walk in and asked if I could still do a wash cut and blowdry. I was asked if i had anyone specific and I said Natalya based in the Unilocal reviews. So she went and asked and I was told that they could see me but I have to wait 45 mins. 30 minutes later my hair was washed and I was waiting for Natalya. I told her the lenght I wanted and just layers framing my face. I was expecting a straight cut with a few bang pieces. But she got every damaged hair off and cut layers so amazingly and kept s decent lenght. The girl that blow dried and straightened my hair was even more amazing. They take their time with you and give you everything you ask for. Plus Natalya gave me tips on how to handle my crazy curly hair.
They have no clue how they made me feel especially after going through such a major event in life. For the first time, I felt beautiful again. So thank you to everyone working here. You’re all amazing and definitely gained yet another customer.

Like most ppl today, one researches via reviews and hope for the best. So I ventured and booked an appt. I felt welcomed by the owner who is warm and friendly and versed in her field. Had a haircut with a blowout which was well done.
Will definitely return again.

After doing my research I decided on this place for balayage/​ombré. The pricing was reasonable, what you would expect to pay at a professional salon. I also opted to get olaplex which was an additional $ 45. It’s only been 2 days since I’ve gotten my hair done but I am thrilled. I set an appointment with Natalie and she was ready for me when I arrived. She spent a good portion of the morning working on only me, making sure she had ample time to do my hair right. After my hair was complete I loved the color she created on the bottom but was still bothered by seeing my old color by my roots. I told Natalie and she had no problem dying my roots darker giving me the look I had been dreaming for. I will definitely be returning here and I am so glad I have a new salon for color. Natalie and her staff are amazing. I read previous reviews about poor time management but I did not have this problem. I didn’t expect it to be quick as color takes time, and so does great work.

I was really looking forward to becoming a customer.
I live in the area and needed a place for a quick updo for a surprise bday party. I found this place on Unilocal and made a 2pm appt on sat. I gave myself an extra ½ hr as a buffer knowing a salon — things can run over. I got there at 2pm and was greeted upon my entrance. Staff is very nice and I was impressed with the décor. Then I immediately got worried bc the lady that i was pointed to that was schd to do my hair just had started a blow out and iron at 2pm so I knew there goes that ½ buffer… At 2:45pm I was put under the dryer to dry out my hair that I washed before hand. I shared I needed to leave within an hr by 345. I was told by Natalie «she ll get to you when shes done»…there was no concern for my time or the reason why I would mention that. The women at 245 was still ironing out hair. I wasn’t seated with her until 310pm to then blow out and recurl my hair… close to 350, she began to try to style my hair as the pic I brought… all I wanted was my hair slick to the side and curls pinned up… natural loose look… after the 3^rd attempt the women was frustrated and shared she couldn’t do it and just walked away… while other workers came by during her frustration to help and pin up my hair… I had 3 women around me trying to figure it out… at this point I was upset. it’s after 4pm. my mother in laws 75^th surprise party was at 5pm and my hair wasnt done… ive spent all this time and my patience just wanting a finished product. Natalie finally jumped in and took over at this point… she apologized for what happened and did a great job that only took her 10 mins to complete… it took all that to happen for an end result that only took 10 mins… this preventable experience lost them a potential customer and this review…

Coming here was a first time experience and it was really good. Nataly took care of me and she was amazing! She’s very friendly and she knows what she’s doing. She did the balayage style on my hair and it’s really pretty. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I went to do my hair yesterday 2÷27÷16 my hair was a mess, i had gray hair in the roots and front, also red hair and black color some where at the ends. Natalie made a color correction and help me to decide what color i wanted. Turn out she did a fantastic job and i was so happy with my new hair color. She blow dry my hair and cut it in layers she is pretty good at that too. Thank you again Natalie.

To be clear, this low score is more about professionalism than it is about hair. In fact, Natalie is great at cutting hair — but she is HORRIBLE at time management. I wait HOURS every time. HOURS! Now, that’s my own fault for going back … the fact is the prices are excellent and i’m always happy with the cut. But after waiting for almost 2 hours on a Tuesday evening (and I always make an appointment), I just can’t do it anymore. My time has value, too! Too bad she can’t see that. Do if you don’t mind the unknown wait, I would recommend her. But if you have short hair like me and need frequent cuts, that kind of wait time becomes absolutely intolerable.

The salon is wonderful a place where you can go and have your hair done and relax Natalie’s work is exemplary she does wonders and she knows exactly what to do so if you’re looking for a good beautician Natalie’s the one to see

I went to the Ozone park salon not expecting what you would in a city salon. However once I stepped onto that salon chair and experienced what Natalie had to offer my mindset changed. The effort and expertise of what Natalie offers compares to no one else that has taken my hair into their hands. I walked about of the salon feeling nothing but conceded lol. She gave me the dramatic yet subtle look I was going for. It’s was more than I envisioned. I will recommend Natalie to anyone. After coloring my hair I asked for a haircut that would keep the length of my hair and with due respect she didn’t go scissor happy she kept the length and added layers which made my hair look voluminous. No hairspray needed!!!

Great staff and service. Owner is very friendly, will def be back again. Did full set cut and highlight $ 160 – 180

Saturday was my first time coming to the salon and certainly not my last. I found this place on Unilocal,so happy I made that appointment. Can’t believe that such a professional high quality salon sits right in the neighborhood. The girls that work here are very professional. Natalie gave me a fantastic cut and she is very professional and made me feel at home. Thank you girls for a wonderful experience.

My sister and I came on a Wednesday afternoon, waited for more than half an hour and left beause we had things to do, and came back on Friday at 5pm. I got my hair washed at 7pm and left in tears after a rushed cut at 7:15pm without getting my hair blown out which would have taken another 45 minutes.
The woman who cut my hair was on the phone yelling at her son the entire time, didn’t listen to me or what I wanted and cut off six inches of my hair when i wanted only two or three off. It takes forever for my hair to grow out. My birthday party is tomorrow and I don’t want to leave the house now, much less have to take a bunch of pictures with the mullet cut she gave me.
Needless to say, I’m never coming back.

Right in my own neighborhood, I stumbled upon this salon on Unilocal.When I first got there, I was taken to the wash station right away. The lady who shampooed my hair gave a lovely scalp massage. Then I was taken directly to a seat where I was given a yummy cup of coffee. By the time I was done, I left feeling confident about my look!

I got my hair done a few weeks ago. I am so impressed by the work done here. For a spot in queens I am very happy. Color and cut were on point. No need for this busy mom to trek to Manhattan to keep up to date.

This place is sooo perfect… down to the way the salon looks. It is so organized. clean. decorated so well… with amazing stylist. Right by the A train so its a plus. they also have waxing, do naiks, and facials along with hair cuts, coloring, and styling for special events. Karla was so helpful and professional and did a great job on my blow out. Liliana also was amazing, I was so nervous to cut my hair short and she did amazing!!! You have to come to this salon…

Irene is the best when it comes to nails. I’ve been getting my nails done by her for so long I don’t remember how many years it’s been. She is a true artist with her designs. My picture is one of her designs.
Natalie has been my hairdresser forever. I don’t trust anyone else to cut and color my hair. I always leave the salon looking and feeling fabulous.

I’ve been coming to Irene for almost 20 years and no one can treat your nails with as much care as she does. Yes, I’ve tried others but it’s never the same or better.
Natalie gives me a quick trim but I wish I could do more. If it wasn’t for the gym I would have my hair bouncing and behaving like the other ladies I see in here. She has the midas touch when it comes to hair!!!

I have been going to Irene for years. She always does a great job, really takes pride in her work. She makes sure your nails stay healthy and beautiful, and the designs are just amazing! Highly recommend.

So I came across this salon by accident. My normal nail place was full and I desperately needed a mani-​pedi for date night with the hubby that same night.
I was immediately greeted by Sabrina with a smile and told that I would be seen next.
Nikki did my pedicure. This was by far the best pedicure I’ve gotten. She took her time and really cleaned and shaped my nails. There was no rush here. I felt very pampered which is how you should feel when getting a pedicure. It also was the longest lasting pedicure I’ve ever gotten.
My manicure with Sabrina was next. She is so sweet and personable! She too took her time with my nails and didn’t cut me at all. My manicure lasted very long as well– especially considering that I am in the gym/​dojo 6 days a week.
I decided that I would come back and try them out with my hair since they were so professional and attentive to my needs.
I made an appointment for 10am and although I overslept and showed up at 1pm, I was seen immediately.
I was very nervous considering the same hairdresser has been taking care of my butt length princess Jasmine locks for over 10 years!
Nikki took her time and washed my hair and massaged my head.
When Sabrina told me she would be cutting and blowing out my hair, I was skeptical. The nail girl is going to be taking scissors to my hair?! I said let me give it a try anyway since my hair grows so fast.
And boy did I make the right choice!!!
This is the best haircut AND blowout that I’ve ever gotten!!! She listened and did exactly what I asked for! She even kept the length I wanted. I am over the moon happy with the services at this salon! Sabrina is wonderful. I will definitely be back and I will be referring all my friends and family here.
