Arco’s Self Storage & Wine Storage

The folks at Arcos are total professionals and so very helpful in a wonderful, old school manner. They offer smiles and a bottle of water every time you go into the office. They are professional and kind on the phone. The facility is SO clean, secure and easy to access. I cannot rave about Arcos enough. I have had two units with them over the years and will do so again anytime I have the need to store my stuff.

I have been wary of using any public self storage because of bad experiences in the past. But Arco’s changed that. Their staff, Julie and Desiree, are polite and very helpful. Their facility is very clean, well lit, and has all the security features (security cameras, codes for check-​in and check-​out, and regular walk-​arounds by staff) one would expect. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend them!

Desiree is the best, she cares A LOT about you and your belongings… super nice lady with a great team.
Arcos is VERY safe as well, so many cameras, so many alarms… its like fort knox.

I recently moved back home to try to pay off some bill before relocating. First looked at public storage and was appalled at the reviews and break ins. Came across Arcos and finally found a storage where I can leave my belongings and not have to worry. Staff is very friendly and location is very secure. I would definitely recommend Arcos to anyone looking for storage

Stopped by the San Bruno location and they didn’t have the size unit I needed. Marry was a wonderful host and directed me down the street to the South City locstion that didn have units. Both Cathy and Desiree were really great getting me the unit I needed, even though it was really close to closing time. Looking forward to working with them again!

This place is just as good as advertised. I needed to store a client’s items for work and wanted to find something that was close by, decently affordable, and easily accessible. Arco’s Storage was the right pick for me. They have a roll up garage door that makes it easily accessible for moving trucks and have carts available to help you. My unit area was climate controlled, which is helpful when its been as hot as it is. Plus this place has so many cameras on site its nearly impossible for someone else to break in. I thought this was great and continue to use their services.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Arco Storage. Both Emilio and Desiree were super helpful during the sign up and move. This was the only place we looked at for storage based on the great reviews regarding security, and rates were reasonable compared to other places. Desiree was very nice and made the sign up easy and quick.
We moved in on a Sunday, when the office is closed. As our truck was loaded with our belongings I started to get worried that it would not fit into the storage unit. I called the office and was forwarded to Emilio. He was able to find me backup storage if needed. Thank you Emilio for taking time out on your Sunday/​day off!
My only wish would be for an elevator in the newer facility.

Greetings. I would like to tell you how very grateful I am for the excellent professional service I have received from Desiree, spanning months this year. I have also been in communication with your Stockton facility, starting in February of this year. My family, and branches of it, have been patrons of the Stockton facility — — and I had a large Storage unit in the past there, for over one year, many many years ago.
I not only have a past business relationship with Arco, but this year I have met many people and am embarrassed it is taken this long to actually rent a unit. My mother was dying this year and she passed away under my care, and I am now solely taking care of her home and estate. There are really so many facets, that it is been overwhelming. Her residence is in Stockton, as well as most of my family members. My permanent residence is in Millbrae.
I have really needed a storage unit next to my home, but rates are quite high in the bay area — for everything. I had nearly given up on getting a unit until Desiree called me last Friday to follow up with me yet one more time. I was astonished because I had not been in communication for at least one month. I told her on the phone last week what a stellar professional she is, as it is so clear that she goes above and beyond. I was so grateful she called, and went over my many questions. She fully reassured me with facts, pride and enthusiasm on every score. Desiree alone brought me in as new business at the SSF facility.
Desiree and I had built a relationship — — which was due to her professionalism. And I have to tell you how positive and what an excellent representative she comes across as over the phone. And solely because of her, I am not only now renting a unit, but one at this more expensive facility. I might later need a larger unit later on. Desiree got to know me and because I am handling my mother’s estate she knows I am not the type of person to not pay my bills.
Last night when I came in and she asked for my drivers license, after not being able to find i in my purse, I realized I had kept it in a back jeans pocket that I was wearing over the weekend, when I was taking care of my mother’s yard in Stockton. I was so more than extremely tired last night. Yes she did make an exception for me and she was very concerned she was making it — — but she made the right business decision. I had a history with her and with people on the phone. I had also been speaking with people at the Stockton facility. I also physically looked at a unit at the Stockton facility this year. I am not a walk in, or a random caller.
I have this unit because of Desiree. I could not go back last night to get my drivers license because it was near closing time. And my car was full of boxes, which would have been unsafe me for me to keep in my car overnight.
All responsibility and blame are fully mine. I would accept financial penalty, so that Desiree does not face any penalty or disrespect of any kind, whatsoever. Desiree is a stellar representative of ARCO. From all of my interactions with at least 100 people this year in dealing with my mother’s health and business, Desiree has always stood out in my mind. And I had only had a phone working relationship with her. She thoroughly explained everything and satisfied my concerns about security, pest control, and facility cleanliness and indoor climate.
She knew that in some ways I was already within the Arco family, and I am so very very sorry.
I am grateful to her. and someways I am extremely happy that a light is being shown so that I can have attention to have this opportunity to give my customer experience. Desiree should be commended and well taken care of professionally. I would recommend her to any company.
I don’t know her title, but she is definitely a manager who has very strong marketing, public relations, sales and customer service strengths, demonstrated to me time and again. I hope she is well recognized and is very highly valued, as she adds many levels of business value to ARCO.
Attached below please find copies of my drivers license. I did retrieve it last night, but failed to take pictures and email these in. It turns out that I had placed my computer on top of my drivers license last night, that I had pulled out in order to send an email to you, to relay pictures of my drivers license on the same day — — as I had pledged.

So far so good! Love the clean facilities and friendly staff. You get your own alarm code to get inside the units within operating hours. Huge place; can be a bit of a maze. Plenty of carts to use for hauling and an elevator so you don’t have to break your back. Rates stay the same the first 9 months. Will update later on the rate increase. Easy access off highway. They do charge additional $ 8/​mo for insurance unless you provide documentation that your insurance will cover the rental.

This facility has far exceeded my expectations. The staff and management are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, they even sent me a birthday card! The units are easy to access but well secured to keep the unwanted out. The facilities are clean and well kempt.
The only bummer is that you can only access your unit between certain hours of the day, but we understand that keeps it safe. We have to say we will miss our little storage unit, thank you for a great 1 ½ year run!

Great costumer service, clean & new storages, and reasonable priced. Negative of is no elevators for 2^nd floor access.

I live in SSF and used Arco’s twice while my house was under remodeling. The place is nice and clean, and ALL the stuffs are very helpful. Especially thanks for Desiree, who helped me to find (and free 1 mo upgrade) a storage for my last min request. I will not look for other place next time when I need storage again.

I used Arco for car storage while I was out of town for a couple weeks. The process of car storage at a self-​storage facility is more work than the airport long-​term parking garage (10 minutes of paperwork vs. just park and take a ticket), but for longer than two weeks the savings really add up. Plus, they wash your car for you when you come pick it up!

Thus far, ARCO has been an excellent referral from a family friend and buddy. Desiree is genuinely helpful and the storage setup with security is second to none. Police reports have verified that.
Access in & out of compartments as well as to the location itself is ideal.
I will definitely recommend ARCO for storage needs to all my friends.

Arco thank you so much for taking care of my stuff as I moved back home… but why are you getting so expensive. :(
But I honestly gotta say I would use you again and again… best part I have my own password to enter the bldg and it also unlocks my unit… I like how when I enter the lights all go on as it’s motion sensored and the music plays too… The units all have a light inside that you can turn on and it’s all well air ventilated.
Slowly moving things into my mom’s house but ill still be here for a little longer.
