George and Jefferson — two of the best techs around. answered every question i had, always on time, courteous and they complete their work in the quickest fashion. Jefferson came out and removed a virus in one of our computer’s in no time at all and George will take the time to go over quotes with you and answer any trouble shooting questions over the phone on his own time. amazing customer service.
Al — always points me in the right direction when i call, on who i need to speak with and keeping me up to date with balances and invoices.
This truly is a great company for all our business and personal tech needs. i have happily referred them to many other friends and businesses, they are the best!

I’m really impressed with the honesty, knowledge, and service provided by Jeff Tom and his team. I needed technical assistance with a laser printer, and instead of charging me for a very simple reset procedure, he just communicated it to me and told me to call if it didn’t work. Well, it did work. This is a very rare gesture of customer service, which I really appreciate, and shows what a quality organization this company is.

I will never do business with this company again. I was quoted a price for a battery for our corporate APC power backup system. I made a special trip to pick-​up the battery, and the price they charged we was 20% more than their quote! They would not honor their quote. I have had this happened once before with this company. I think their business practices are unethical, and run certainly counter to a focus on customer satisfaction. Buy Beware.
