I got a bug in my food at this place & the Gus who worked there were total dicks about it.

The Fuki truck is great. Their food is delicious, healthy and worth every penny. Refreshing, worldly menu for the food truck world. Great potion sizes as well. The pork shoulder sliders and that lil cutie Michaela are my favorite things. They’re not fuking around!

I had drafted a rather crude review of the Fuki Truck after sitting in my chair, tummy still feeling a little empty, even after devouring every last little bit of food from my lunch there. After some calming brown rice tea and a handful of Fruit & Nut Medley mix from Costco, I figured I shouldn’t post a review out of spite. After all, the food was very tasty, albeit a small portion, and my review may(probably not) shape people’s perception of Fuki and impact the livelihood of the business. Well, just for HA-HA’s, here’s my original draft below. Original Draft (The following message reflects the view of a cranky, hungry Chinese guy even after eating every last bit of his lunch at the Fuki Truck) I was rather excited about the Fuki Truck being at the OtG location near my office today. It would be a healthier option and another new truck to try at least once. Once is the optimal word, this truck will never see another dime from me. I ordered the Braised Pork Shoulder Bowl and it was pretty tasty. Pork was cooked in sweet coconut milk, quinoa was cooked just right and the accompanying salad was garnished nicely with almonds and cranberries. It was a tasty snack and the problem I have is the portion size. Are you Fuki’ng kidding me? I didn’t realize this truck was serving a kid’s menu serving child size portions. I felt like I needed to chew more to tire my jaw out to resemble that I had eaten a right amount of food. The right amount of cash is missing in my wallet but not the right amount of satisfaction in my tummy. A good value? Abso-Fuki’ng not! A Fuki’ng disappointment!

Not fuking around. Tofu makkani slider with carrots, herbs and yogurt sauce was not messing around with flavor. Not fuking around in fact. Delicious. C is missing on purpose. This is a family friendly Unilocaler. Fourth star is also missing on purpose. $ 4/slider wasn’t a steal nor excessive. Other menu items like bowls might be a better deal. Closer to three and a half stars. I swear.

Their tofu bowl was awesome — lots of flavor and portions! I’m a fan!
