grace body has been in continuous operation for over 30 years. Grace was originally a honda dealership bodyshop, but we have been servicing all makes since 1978. We are conveniently located close to the airport we have a reputation for the highest quality of repairs. As an independent body shop our loyalty is to you our customer not the insurance company, hence you can expect and will receive only top quality bodywork at Grace Body Shop. Shoddy workmanship is something you will have to go elsewhere to find, (such as a Direct Repair Facility or Auto Express) as some of the insurance companies like to call them. MISTAKE #1 — Letting your insurance company choose your Auto Body Shop other than grace

Many insurance companies mislead or pressure their insured’s into choosing a repair shop that serves the best interests of the insurance company

and not your best interests. What your insurance company won’t tell you is that it is your choice by law to choose Grace Body Shop regardless of being on their list or not.

ln an effort to steer you to a specific repair shop, your insurance company may use the following tactics:

Advise you that delays inherent in the repair process will be avoided if you take your vehicle to their preferred shop.

Advise you that they will not provide lifetime warranty on the repair parts

Your insurance company won’t tell you most delays in the repair process are due to parts and their availability or caused by the insurance companies (such as requiring multiple inspections).
