Great communication, came out the next day at the appointment time, door ding repair looks like new.

I appreciated the personal service Jim provided, working around my schedule and keeping in close communication. I didn’t straighten out my wheels and crushed my bumper into the side of my garage. There was white paint all over and a huge dent in the driver side bumper.
Drove to work. Called Jim, he confirmed he was available that day! Asked me to text pictures for a quote. Worked around my schedule and texted me updates. Got back to me right away. Jim came to my work, and fixed the dent in my car in that afternoon. By the time I got back to my apartment, honestly it felt like nothing happened to my bumper. Wonderful experience.

I was window shopping at car dealers when I met Jim. He was doing his magic on one of their cars and I interrupted him with inquiries on some dents in my 2005 Pontiac GTO. He was very easy going and willing to talk and explain. I got his business card and a few days later found time to contact him. He was very prompt and clear in his responses. Made an appointment and he showed up at my house right on time first thing in the morning at 9am, I was just rolling out of bed. He looked over the 3 dents I had and estimated what % would disappear and what it would cost. He had a great deal that each dent after the first was cheaper so I went to have all 3 removed. He removed 2 of 3 completely and beautifully, 1 he thought might only come out 80%. The last one was a little larger and on soft metal so he was only able to get about 60% which I was happy with. He said it might be tough in advance and didn’t charge me for the time he spent. He is very professional and skilled and especially friendly. I will definitely use him and recommend him in the future. I was skeptical at first because years prior a mobile dent man approached me at the mall and tried to tackle a dent on my honda. He beat on it with a hammer with little progress and maybe added to the damage and charged me. So I was even more please with Jim after I went in doubtful, JIM IS THE REAL DEAL! Thanks again!

We called Jim for an estimate to fix two pretty good size dents, one on each side on a car that we recently acquired. He said he’d like to come over and take a look because he would have a more accurate estimate that way. Jim did the job in a few hours time for the price of his estimate and we are very pleased with the results. Our car now looks brand new. It’s truly amazing how he does it. The man is a master at his craft!

Amazing service. Prompt and reliable. My car had serious door dings all over passenger side. After 4+ hours, using several different methods dings were removed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend. Much more economical compared to full panel repair and done at my home.

This Man is a true artist, he did an absolutely perfect job on a very challenging dent in my door, he did it in no time flat and gave it the utmost attention and detail. Price was straight up and honest, though he did way more than agreed upon, payment was simple and easy.

These guys are simple and easy to deal with. Called on wednesday to have torn seat on my 2009 Acura Tsx patched up. Texted Hugo a picture of the damage and he called me right away and came by on friday morning. Said its not gonna be 100% but more like 90% which is what i expect for torn seats. Almost impossible to repair to new without getting a new seat.
Anyways, Hugo came by friday and in less than an hour it was patched up and look nice. You can tell work was done if you stare at it since the stitching is now covered up at the upper portion of the seat with the paste, but to anyone else it looks perfect. Texturing is pretty good too. Thanks guys!

I took a chance calling these guys off of the Unilocal reviews. Jim met up with me literally 15 min after I called. Came and knocked the dent out of my car with ease! Or atleast he made it look easy. Great service, and the work speaks for itself. Easy 5 stars from my experience.

I sent them a picture and they called me back right away. They came to my house and fixed a small rip on the leather in my car. They did a great job and I’m very pleased. They called and let me know they were running a little late so you can count on them being responsible. I totally recommend them for upholstery work…

Jim is a total rockstar. Sweet man, hard worker, and super honest. My car (a VW Tiguan) had a ding in the back, and it turned out to be complicated to get to the inside of the tailgate. Jim did a pretty decent job, but he wasn’t satisfied, and insisted on coming back on another day when he could consult with the YouTube gods and find out how to open up the tailgate cleanly without drilling. He did so, and still only charged me for the one visit. I totally appreciate him, and recommend him wholeheartedly!

Jim is excellent! I had a dent on the drivers side door of my 07 Miata that body shops said could not be done with PDR because «it was larger than a quarter» — but Jim did it! IN FACT a person who does auto body repair walked by (Jim was working on the car in the driveway to my building) and watched him in amazement. The auto body repair person said he couldn’t believe that Jim was actually able to do it since it was also on the curve of the door. Now that says something! Jim worked at it until it was perfect. He also was able to remove 5 other door dings I hadn’t even noticed until he pointed it out.
I had holes in the carpet liner of my car from my heals that couldn’t be repaired and he put a rubber liner over it so that it looks nice again. It looks good and it certainly beats replacing the entire carpet liner for the front of the car… or looking at the holes while it slowly got worse.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jim — excellent service, excellent work, reliable, responsive, fairly priced… and comes right to your door. I don’t think you could possibly get better.

Jim is great to work with. Excellent and clear communication all the way through the process. He was 100% reliable around returning communication and sticking to the time and date we planned. The work — in my case, interior vinyl repair — was done very well. I’m a super picky/​detail-​oriented person and came away very pleased with the work Jim did. Jim was quick to respond to my queries and accommodated me at a very short notice. He was very honest and upfront about what to expect from dyeing old/​cracking leather on my Land Cruiser. He did a good job dyeing the leather and stitching up a tear. Very happy with the whole experience.

I had 2 holes on the rear leather seat of my brand new Mercedes E class from cigarette burn. They are so obvious since the leather is beige colored. I couldn’t tolerate it. Went in Unilocal and found this place. Spoke with Jim and he was nice enough to schedule me for next morning (even right before Thanksgiving Day)! Jim and his staff did a wonderful job. There’s a very small raised area which can be seen only if you knew where the damaged areas were. They even matched the tiny holes which are part of the design on Mercedes leather seats.
They are courteous and professional. Paid via mobile app. So convenient!

Jim and Hugo were fantastic! Jim responded quickly, easily setup a time to come to my house, called the day before and right before to make sure everything was still on track, and showed up on time. This detailed level of communication and customer service is sometimes the first thing missing, but not at all with these guys.
I sent Jim some photos of my BMW Z4. 10 years old and in good shape, but needed some maintenance for door dings and fading in the leather seats. He said it would be no problem, but set the bar at a comfortable 90% level compared to a new car. I would be happy with that. He also gave me $ and time estimate and also had no problems there.
Jim counted about 20 dings on both doors with a couple on the fenders. He tackled the door problems while Hugo handled the seats and interior including the console armrest and ebrake that had faded. About 3.5 hours later, it looked nearly new. You can barely see the dings unless you know what you’re looking for, seats look clean and clear of blemishes. I say everything is better than 90%! It makes the car look so much better. Jim even took a shot at sanding a big scratch on the door and made it look a bit better. Not all the way out, but it is deep and I appreciate his extra effort.
No problems at all, fully satisfied and highly recommend.

My little 1991 BMW has held up well, but last year the dash began to crack. Oh no! Honestly, I thought it was the beginning of the end. I began the search for some kind of remedy.
Enter JS Interiors. Jim was super responsive and while he was’t sure an older dash could be repaired, we agreed to give it a try. Hugo showed up on time, and repaired the dash and another side panel. It took a bit longer than I had thought it would but when he finished, I was so impressed. Super nice job, can’t see the cracks at all! Artistry takes time!

Amazing. I did not think it was possible!
A week after purchasing my brand new Mini Cooper S Convertible, I accidentally sliced the front leather seat with a 1″+ gash. The cost to replace the seat cover from Mini was crazy expensive.
I found JS Interiors who came right to my office and fixed the seat. I cannot even tell where the cut was before. And they did it for $ 125 — a fraction of the replacement cost.
