I had a horrible experience here, super rude, they don't know how to deal with the customer and they don't accept complaints I made a nail extension that was supposed to be gel, they put a plastic nail with glue and painted it they said it was a new technique something I didn't ask I did in one day the other day a nail fell off I went there and fixed it the other day another one fell off I asked for my money back because I wouldn't have time to go there every day to fix a nail that falls off they said no the job was done but a really bad job made with bad material if I wanted this painted plastic nail I would go to Walgreens and already buy one and put it on it was plastic and painted anyway I don't recommend it and the place is super dirty Ilprice $65 thrown in the trash because another nail just fell off I will take them all out and do it somewhere else

I live the South Bay, but I had to drop off a friend at SFO during peak rush hour. So, I decided to get my nails done here while waiting for traffic to die down. Mimi was amazing with my gel manicure. It was the fastest gel manicure I’ve ever had, and it was done perfectly! Mimi is also a very sweet woman, and I was very impressed by her professionalism. I highly recommend this place!

Worst Mani I ever got. It «looks «pretty but that was the worst experience… from start to finish. I found her on Unilocal.called and asked for a simple polish change on hands and toes. Hands I wanted gel and toes regular polish. I asked her are you sure you have time? I know its a Friday afternoon so you must be busy. She was like sure no problem. I get there and said hey I am in a huge rush so that’s why I don’t have time for a full Mani/​pedi… Plus I’m happy with length and shape of my nails.
I wanted to pick the color and kept asking her for the nail wheel samples… she just kept pointing to the rack to pick a color. with gel, its almost impossible to pick the right shade from the bottle. You need to see samples of it painted.
Anyways she turned on a machine and without asking started sanding down my natural nails (wtf) and shredding my cuticles to bits and pieces. That HURT my fingers were bloody in 3 different spots.
She kept ditching my manicure to help random people walking in to get their brows waxed. She could tell I was getting upset… I told her I was in a rush .I wouldn’t have come if she didn’t have the time.
She said «its Friday, anywhere you go will be busy. if you wanted a relaxing experience shouldn’t have come today «…umm?!
This place was tiny, unprofessional, unsanitary, horrible service, rude, a lot of the customers were angry…1 almost started crying I don’t know why.
Needless to say I didn’t get my toes done. Just be HONEST instead of greedy and do a slow and steady job on each customer and make sure you’re doing a good job instead of a rushed and crap job on each person.
Also her tools were disgusting .her nail file and buffer looked 10x worse than ones I’ve thrown in the trash. I hope I don’t get infections from this.
She charged me for a full gel Mani ($ 30) when I didn’t even get a manicure… no washing hands, lotion, hand massage none of that… sorry that was too leisurely to expect on a Friday. If I’m forced to pay for a full Mani and didn’t even get one.
Ghetto and crappy. Never coming back here again. That was the first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip.

I first would like to say Mimi and her staff are very nice and you can tell she has her regular customers and this is why I an giving her stars.
I personally would not go back. I received a full set and pedicure.

They tried to use an already used shower brush to scrub my feet (so gross) I asked her to stop and she said oh we use them a few times then trow away. Everything should be cleaned and new (brushes) especially when it comes to feet. Then she proceeded to use already used tools on me. I am so grossed out from that experience and it looks like I am the first to only give her 2 stars but i would like to know about the places I go to and this is why I am writing a review.

I’ve been considering eyelash extension for a while. I finally called Mimi on a Saturday morning and she had nothing available. She offered to call me if someone cancels and that afternoon i got lucky.
Mimi’s space is pretty small. She was really nice and very accommodating. She offered me 2 types of lashes (mink and synthetic) varying in size. I chose the medium in length and a natural curl. The process took about 1 hour and it came out perfect!
Please call ahead and schedule an appointment as she can be very busy specially on the weekends. Will call back for a follow up! Thanks Mimi!

I went to get my eyelash extensions done here last week for Vegas and I’m very impressed.
I’ve had them for a week now and they are very comfortable and easy to maintain. I didn’t even have to wear eye makeup. I also got gel manicure and pedicure, they did a good job. I’ll be coming back here again and again.

Let me start this off by saying that I am a very PICKY person; this is especially so when it involves anything cosmetic.
NAILS: I visited Mimi for the first time a few months ago while searching for someone to do my nails in the SSF area. I came across her Unilocal and gave her a call. She notified me of her new address and stayed late to do my nails. Mimi, like me, is very particular and likes things to be done correctly and neatly. She recently did my nails for my wedding and they were AMAZING. When I say amazing, I mean that if my nails were a man, my now-​husband would have been left at the alter. FOR REAL FOR REAL. (I will post a photo later) Anyways, I showed her a photo from one of my Pinterest boards and she made my nails look better than the photo! LOVE!
EYELASHES: Yesterday, I came to Mimi for my nails but decided to give her a go with doing my lashes. OH. MY. GOD. I didn’t know that I could love her anymore than I already did! I had a set of lash extensions on that I got in Sacramento but I did not have time to go there for a fill. She filled my lashes and they are the bomb. She glues each lash on individually (the best way to do it) but she was quick and comfortable. No irritation, absolutely no discomfort and my husband said they look better than the first set I had. Oh and did I mention affordable? LOVE. LOVE. LOVE!!!
Side note to Unilocal: please update her address! I have tried a few times and you guys have not corrected it yet! She is NOT on Hickey. She is at 1152 Mission Road in SSF inside Anna’s Beauty Parlor.

First time in and I cannot say enough how amazing Mimi and her staff were!!! I went to just have a usual pedi a full set done. Ended up leaving with amazing nails, great pedi and some amazing eye lashes!
It was my first time ever getting them, and I must say that Mimi made me feel super comfortable. I get cold pretty easy and she let me have a blanket, and told me all I needed to know after she was done about how to take care of my lashes. I will definitely be going back to her!!! Recommend to anyone who doesn’t know what they want for lashes.

I love her! I’ve been to her once and never left her since! She’s amazing and picky with her work just how it should be! Super fast gets the right shape show a picture she can do it!

Mimi is awesome!!! I have went to 5 different nail salons trying to find anyone who could do nails to my expectations every time was a let down until I Unilocaled Mimi and I couldn’t be happier! She is really great and totally converses with you about what your nail goal is to even ask if you would like the acrylic thick or thin!!! I know I have found my forever nail technician!

I usually do not get my nails since I do them myself. However, I wanted to get my nails done for a mini vacation I am taking this weekend. I wanted to find a nail salon that had very good reviews around my area.
I came across Mimi on Unilocal.Reading the reviews and looking at the pictures, I was excited to get an appointment in. Due to a minor mix-​up with an online appointment issue, Mimi advised that she was not aware of my online appointment (FYI she does not do online appointments; by phone only) Mimi was considerate and still able to take me in today at a later time and asked what I wanted to do.
When I arrived to my appointment, she was very sweet and asked me exactly what I wanted and made some suggestions that would go well with the colors I wanted for my nails. It was my first time getting gel on my actual nails and I loved it! She was able to get it done perfectly and advised some helpful tips for next time. I must say I will most definitely be coming back and making more appointments with Mimi! She is the best!

Mimi is spectacular. Very sweet, greaattttt at doing nails! And she does really nice eyelash extensions too. You can pick between either getting a natural or dramatic look. Or mix both. They usually last for 2 – 3 weeks until it’s time to get a touch up. So convenient having eyelash extensions b/​c you can wake up in the morning and you baarely have to put much time or effort into getting ready– but still look put together (and awake)! Lol. Loved it a ton when I had them! ;-) also got many compliments.
Only cons with eyelash extensions in general is that maintaining them can be a hassle due to: frequent touch ups, not being allowed to wet your face entirely when you wash it, having to avoid getting your face wet in the shower, and sleeping on your back most of the time. But if you can handle that, it’s worthh it!

She is the best in the area. From her sweet personality, great customer service, and attention to detail. With my busy work schedule, sometimes I stretch my nails to 3 weeks, and they still look great– minus the noticeable growth. She uses good products, never have chipping or lifting.
This location is easy to find and has plenty of parking.

Seriously Mimi is a goddess straight out of heaven! My nails are always so perfect. Sadly, she no longer works at classy nail, but I’d follow her anywhere she works at. Even if she moves across the states. She’s that good ladies lol. Great service. Great nails. Great price!

I finally got a chance to come to this location after Mimi recently part ways with Classy Nails. She is one superwoman who does it all! I been with her close to a year now and she introduced me to Overlay Shellac nails to get underneath strong and healthy again (technically powder on your natural nails and gel polish that got me hooked). Also had the pleasure to try Lash Extensions which her pricing is so affordable (check out her business card).
Since Mimi works solo, highly suggest contacting her for appointments in a day advanced so she can pinch you in with no rush. Overall, once you get such great customer service to the point were her best interests and value are upfront, how can you not be addicted?!?

OMG!!! Best nails I have ever had. They are so beautiful and perfect, I would like to post a pic but don’t know how. She is so sweet and great at what she does. I am not going anywhere else and had went to a few places and they did a horrible job. Mimi fixed me back up and now my nails are gorgeous and strong (no chipping). I love Mimi! She does business with your best interests at heart. I have been loyal to her and her work for about a year now and she has never disappointed me. She always tries to save me money and do what’s best for my nails :) She may cost a few bucks more than other places but her service lasts longer than what I’ve experienced which definitely saves me multiple trips and money
Nails
I get gel/​acrylic which lasts me about 3 – 4 weeks without chipping! They also stay strong and don’t crack.
Wax
I usually get underarm and Brazilian wax from Mimi. Her way of waxing doesn’t hurt as much as other places I’ve been to!

Mimi is such a sweet lady. I came in for natural eyelash extensions (I’ve never done this before, I was just lured in by her reasonable prices!). I was seated right away and she started on my extensions. She is such a sweet lady and very easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with her! She took her time on my lashes and I could not be happier with the service and price! I love my new lashes!!! It took about an hour. They feel so comfortable like I’m not wearing anything. I will definitely be coming back for my birthday in November and will probably do the dramatic lash!

I only go to Mimi for nails and eyesbrow waxing she’s honestly the BEST! but I have been wanting eyelash extensions and luckily she can do that as well. So I decided to treat myself for my bday and get them done. BEST idea and present ever!
I got the full eyelash/​dramatic $ 100 she also offers natural eyelashes for $ 70. If you’re looking to get your eyelashes done and wake up every morning feeling beautiful I would definitely recommend going to Mimi! Appointment Only.

I go here now instead of going to the mall or to any other nail place. If I’m out of town, I wait until I’m back to get my nails done.
Mimi is super sweet and always does my nails so that they last and they always look amazing. She actually does them good. They stay on for weeks! I only have to go back if I want new ones or if I need a fill. She talks to you and makes you feel welcome.
I would recommend her and not a place in the mall. The mall does not do them right, and they are rude. If you want good service then go to Mimi instead.
(She also does designs, which a lot of places don’t do. Any nail design you want, she will do her best to match it.)
