The Grout Wizard

I hired The Grout Wizard to regrout our kitchen and bathroom. I found the gentleman who took my appointment to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly and of the 5 companies I called he gave me the best quote. The young men who did the work were very efficient and it only took them a day to do the job. When they were done they left both the kitchen and bathroom in a spotless condition. About a month after the job was complete I got a follow up call from Zach asking me how the grout was holding up. I mentioned to him that it was still looking as new and beautiful as they had left it and that I appreciated his call. My experience was first rate and I found this to be a very professional company and the service they gave me was impeccable. I have HIGHLY recommended The Grout Wizard to several of my friends, and they just finished a job for my husbands co-​worker with similarly positive results.

Sorry to say, I regret hiring Grout Wizard. They did a decent job on the grout portion aside from over 20 scratches to our marble tile. I hired them to re-​grout our marble shower stall, which took 3 separate appointments to finish. They didn’t even mention that the grout dust would get everywhere, and unfortunately our bathroom was covered with white powder — including our towels and toothbrushes. I found them to be fairly unprofessional and I wish I had gone with someone else.
