I suggested this location to a friend from out of state to have a tire checked out for loosing air pressure. This shop stated that the tire had one screw which was too close to the side wall to plug and that the other three tires were all below the legal tread limit and needed top be replaced. Thankfully they decided to wait to see their mechanic back home. The mechanic found three screws in the tire, non of which were near the side wall and plugged all three telling them the plugs will outlive the tires. When they questioned the other tires they were also examined and found to have two with 40% tread life left and the other two with 65−70% tread life left. They paid $ 30 and happily left. Makes you wonder?

I called and made an appointment for an oil change after being told by the warminster location that they couldn’t fit my car in. Went to Pep boys 15 minutes before my appointment time, and was told they didn’t have an appointment for me but they could «squeeze me in.» Sat there waiting for an hour, and ended up leaving without getting my oil changed because they didn’t even start my car. I wouldn’t recommend going here, and I will not being going back. Waste of my time.

I’ve had annoying visits here but the good points are that this place has a wide variety of aftermarket parts on the shelf and it’s huge.
I really want to leave this review because of a girl named Ari, who helped me when I was looking for really hard to find stuff and wouldn’t give up. She jumped on google to find things her store computer wouldn’t do, opened packages to see if the part fit, let me look through the belts to find a custom fit that I needed. She was a pleasure and deserves a pat on the back. I always stop there when I pass on 95.
