History

Established in 1991.

Growing up in the 1960’s in Southampton, Roy Stevenson used to love to visit Lillywhite’s, an old fashioned toy store that had everything! When Roy and his wife Polly moved to Southampton in 1991, they were delighted to find Lillywhite’s was for sale. They bought it, renamed it Stevenson’s, and since then have devoted themselves to making their toy store every bit as wonderful as Roy’s childhood memories.

Toys are selected for their timeless quality, and many visitor’s are pleased to find items that they once enjoyed when they were young. Stevenson’s has many unique items not found in big box stores but also features all the top brands like Lego, Hasbro and Mattel that today’s kids are looking for.

The huge inventory appeals to everyone from toddlers to adults. Shoppers can find everything from small gifts and party favors to ‘big’ items like ping pong tables, battery powered ride on vehicles, and even trampolines.
