Life-changing experience… especially for those motivationally challenged to routinely work out(hard) at the gym or at home with their own equipment. This is basically a group version of a personal training session(so much cheaper) in my opinion, but the workouts are always changing. What’s also very cool about it is that you sign into an app. and log your results every session; this way, you can track your performance over time and gradually see how well you’re improving. The trainers are very knowledgable, and –though the majority of workouts are high intensity and timed –you can go at your own pace. It’s for all age groups, and I promise you won’t regret it if you stick with it; you’ll only get better, faster, and stronger. I’m addicted!
