On the coldest night of this winter, our heat died — of course. I called Mitch Wright when I woke up to a freezing cold house. Tommy H. (the tech) called me back almost immediately to tell me he was on his way. He was professional, courteous and fixed the problem right up! As a bonus, he fixed our gas fireplace when I told him it wasn’t working. He took the time to explain the problems with both the furnace and the fireplace, and also showed me how to make my daughter’s room warmer. I have received nothing short of exceptional service from everyone that I have ever dealt with at this company. All of the techs and the customer service reps have been fantastic to deal with. Thank you!
