Business Owner

Dr. Umfress is a native of Senatobia, Miss. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi and attended graduate school at Mississippi College where he studied chemistry and biology. Afterwards, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wis. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Umfress completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at Marquette Dental School, which consisted of one year advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry.

Dr. Umfress has practiced dentistry in Wisconsin, Tennessee and Arkansas before returning to Mississippi to open Southaven Dental Care in 2003.
