Good place to get a solid sandwich. Great Reuben Sandwich. The meatball sandwich is pretty good as well. Easy on, easy off rte. 9.

They have gluten-free sandwiches here, with bread that tastes good! Everything is locally sourced, tastes good. Ambiance-wise, you’re in a wine store, which has a few tables set up. It’s not bad, just kinda feels weird to be eating in a liquor store. It’s pretty cold in here too, even on a not-so-cold December day. The staff was very nice as well. The main knock is that it’s pretty expensive for the portion you get. I wasn’t particularly starving when getting there, though my wife was, and the sandwich was about 5 bites. We were still pretty hungry after finishing our meal. So hungry that we went next door for ice cream. I wouldn’t come here if looking for a solid meal, but it would be nice on a summer’s day to come through, get a light lunch, and enjoy it outside. Short story: Tastes good, ethically sourced, good staff, tiny portions.

A good lunch option with great sandwiches and salads. I like the Hipster(falafel), the chipotle BLT, and the kale salad. Good portions. A little on the pricey side but not unreasonable. They have a good wine selection and a few upscale food items. This would be a good place to assemble a gift basket as a hostage gift or something similar. There are also a few prepared foods and a small cheese counter. There are a few small tables where you can usually get a seat and there are outdoor tables during the summer.

Again, 3.5 stars. Came back here to order The Hipster(salad version). It tasted great, but the portion was tiny! I got three pieces of falafel atop a handful of salad. Everything was fresh, but for $ 8.50, I am rather disappointed. In Boston, I can get double the quantity for that price. Big kudos to them for the nice service and the fact that everything is locally grown. This is my favorite restaurant on Route 9 in the Boroughs!

Still good food overall. But when a place gets successful and changes recipes to save $(still charging the same to you the customer though) then the food suffers. Cheaper, worse ingredients(a dusting of shaker parmesan on a caesar vs the original shredded, flavorful? Just one example of many) now make the price point not worth it, especially when there is no benefit to ever calling ahead as they don’t seem to know how to have a dedicated pick-up spot for lunch, rendering your calling ahead useless and your entire lunch hour spent… on a far inferior product than the one that got you hooked on this place. Food is actually 2 and ½ stars now. Was 4. the one star is for taking customers for granted, both in service and especially in level of product.

Just got a great bottle of wine, sampled some delicious beer and ordered a grass fed burger and homemade meatballs that were fantastic! Not my first time coming here and certainly won’t be my last!

For lunch this is a great option. Great sandwich choices, everything grown locally. Enjoy knowing when we eat here we are supporting the farms in our area. Small seating area, however there is seating outside available. Of course, there is is a gourmet snack selection to choose from and various drinks from soda, sweet teas, and water to go with your meal. For those looking to purchase wine to take home, they have a great selection to choose from.

The Vin Bin was quite the find. I ordered the«Angry Italian» sandwich. Great name for it, with even greater taste!

I went back to the Vin Bin for the second time today. This time I had the tuna, bacon and cheddar sandwich, to-go. My fiancé is constantly nagging me about putting too much salt on my food, and the tuna salad itself was too salty even for me. Add bacon, cheddar and salty dill pickles to that, and it was a little over-powering. I thought it was going to be a melt, and the bread did have faint grill marks on it, but the sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. I tried to take a bite on my drive back to the office and it started dripping everywhere — a big runny mess. Not a sandwich you want to eat in the car, or in front of anyone you are trying to impress. The quality of the tuna, bacon and cheddar was far above and beyond what most lunch places use, though. And the portions are huge — you could easily share either one of the sandwiches that I have tried so far with a friend or co-worker. I have a feeling this was just an off day, or maybe that sandwich isn’t the right fit for me. I will try them again for something else, there are more things on the menu that looked appealing.

Favorite place to grab an amazingly good sandwich before hitting up the movies with husband. Our favorite easy date. The food is so so good, so fresh, and I am food snob/hippie. I love they source much of the ingredients from local farms, everything is beautifully assembled and tastes good. I would never eat at a chain with crap food like Panera Bread. This place is heaven on earth to someone who cares how it tastes as well as what goes in it. A delightful spot, friendly staff. I can’t wait for my next panini.

I like this place a lot! It’s not really a restaurant, but a small wine and cheese shop /gourmet shop with a few tables in the back. You order up front, and they give you plastic utensils. They usually bring the food to your table when its ready. The soups, sandwiches and salads have all been delicious! The service was also friendly and attentive. Maybe a bit pricey, but good quality food!

I go regurlalry for lunch since it’s very convenient from my work. It has goteen much better since the opening with more selection of sandwiches and snacks. I have tried the Simple Green Salad and it’s really very plain. I know it says simple but it was primarily greens, a little veggie and a decent dressing. However the new Hipster sandwich has me going there every other day! It is outstanding. I love falafel and pita. They make both from scratch. It is a soft chickpea fritter, so flavorful, perfect balance of all the ingredients. The only thing I would add(and do when I take it home) is a few feta chunks. LOVEIT!

This would be a 5 star review because the sandwiches are AMAZING. Especially the Shoemaker! Two things make this not a 5 star. 1. They are dang expensive for being in the burbs! 10 bucks for a sandwich and a bag of chips. Those are city prices. 2. The old lady behind the counter. She was working behind the counter prior to it becoming Vin Bin when it was Panzano. She is rude, treats people like they are dumb and doesn’t know how to work the computerized register. She was going to overcharge me today before I had to go get more money. When it was put back into the system it was 6 dollars less than when she originally had told me. She obviously added something twice. I was hoping she would go with the sale of Panzano but no such luck.

Great addition to Tomasso’s plaza in Southborough. They have a wide variety of wines from around the world. Some are exclusive only to the Vin Bin. The craft beer selection in this location is not as large as their Hopkinton or Marlborough locations but is still a decent variety. The cheese selection is amazing. From soft to hard to mild to extra sharp. If you don’t see a certain cheese, ask for it because some selections are in a case behind the counter. The 5 year old aged gouda is out of bounds. Specialty sandwiches and 2 homemade soups are offered daily. Don’t leave without trying one. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! The only reason it isn’t 5 stars was because they still seem to be getting organized after just opening up.
