I own an auto repair shop in worcester and have always sent our transmission work out. We have been using Globe exclusively for a little over a year now and have nothing but fantastic service from them. Although there are about 15 shops closer to us, we get a much better level of service quality and overall pleasant experience with Globe. Both Bob and Tim have been nothing short of Top Notch. They stand behind their work 100% and are completely upfront and honest about the service. BY FAR the best transmission shop in Central Ma.

outstanding people, taking care of people !! globe gave an estimate repaired the situation and then requested the vehicle be back for another inspection on the work performed in approximately thirty days from when I picked the truck up.
I can not explain how secure I feel about globe transmission in Southbridge Massachusetts!!! thank you for the rebuild!!! great job!!!

I took my car to fix my Honda accord 1999 transmission and after 4 times the manual transmission had the same problem I brought it to get it fixed. They make me pay over $ 1900 and they wanted in cash no checks or credit card. They told me after about the cash when i went to pick up the car. If you go there check out the mess they got in the workshop, I should have known better. In the receipt it says you got to bring back the car after a month for a checkup or you lose the warranty. They fail to mention it. After the repair the problem continued. Terrible service. NOT RECOMMENDED.
