H&R Block

I have done my own taxes for years and have had no problems. This year I’m thinking about using a professional to see if it makes a difference in my favor. So, I decided to visit an H&R Block and get some advice.
I visited this location because it’s near me and convenient. I have gone there twice and both times I was helped by a very friendly and courteous receptionist. I noticed while I was waiting that the place is well lighted, the seating is comfortable, there is a large TV with cable and coffee for guests in the waiting area.
I was very impressed with the associate that spoke with me. Since I did not have an appointment and he had a customer come in that had an appointment I expected to be waiting while he serviced his customer. To my delight, the associate told his customer he’d be right with him and then asked me into his office for a quick consultation. He ask a few questions and gave me some good advice. This was a very pleasant experience.
I will definitely be going back.
