DJ Joey A

I hired Joey as the DJ for our wedding. He is a phenomenal DJ — there was never a moment when the dance floor was empty. The pacing of music was great, as was the selection. Joey went above and beyond by providing some additional photos from our wedding to us, a few weeks after the wedding, which I appreciate tremendously. We received so many compliments from our guests after the wedding regarding how much they enjoyed the dancing and music at our reception. I will recommend Joey as a DJ to any friends and family that are getting married in Michigan.

AMAZING!!! Shortly after my engagement I immediately began surfing the internet for a DJ. We knew without a doubt that a DJ is what we wanted as opposed to a band. After attending numerous events I knew it would be quite challenging for us to find someone that could meet our expectations. Some may think that a DJ is an easy decision to make but not to us… it was one of the most important decisions we would make. We needed someone that would be dedicated to the guests and make them not only want to dance but take them on a memorable journey… this requires impeccable skill and passion. We needed an artist and a true artist is what we found! In mid November 2014 I read a review online and was so intrigued after reading about the DJ that I immediately went to Google and found his website. Much to my surprise his site included a tab with custom mixes and mash-​ups. Never in a million years did I think it would be exactly what we were looking for in a DJ and much, much more. I reached out to DJ Joey A Nov 12^th and on Nov 13^th I received a reply that he was available for our day and offered a free consultation. Upon our first meeting we knew in minutes that he was the one. Extremely prepared, well mannered, respectful and most of all humble. That evening we secured our date with a deposit and shortly after received an email with everything discussed. This included a flow chart of the evening in addition to song suggestions for Bride/​Groom, Daddy/​Daughter, Mother/​Son and cake cutting. Throughout all of our wedding planning DJ Joey A was open to any questions we had but most importantly was always responsive. He was also able to create a custom introduction and grand entrance song that will never be forgotten:) I truly believe that there is nothing impossible for DJ Joey A when it comes to music, true talent! My parents who do not dance were on the dance floor all night & almost a week later friends are still raving about DJ Joey A. Thank you DJ Joey A for everything!!!

Joey was amazing! THIS IS THE DJ TO BOOK IN METRO DETROIT! From the time the music started, till the very end. Everyone was raving about how great he was, and still is a week after our wedding. He keeps the party going for sure! The best part was his ability to mix old school songs with new school songs to ensure everyone (all ages) are up dancing all night long.
