Toys R Us

I dont wanna grow up, cause im a Toys R Us kids. («,) C’mon, i know you remember that jingle. Its one of the most successful jingles of all time. So successful that we live that most generation x adults live that life today. We dont care, were all kids at heart.
Anyways, the store, yes, let’s talk about this specific shop. It’s like any other toys r us shops… there’s toys and toys and toys and all sorts of fun kid stuff that you can imagine. They do have a great selection of Lego products. My boyfriend bought himself his first set, the Patrick star Lego set. Which I’m sure will be the first of many.
There’s also an array of baby stuff, from clothing to cribs to those funny looking bottles that curve upwards. There’s kid bicycles, battery powered mini toddler cars, and my very favorite never ending assortment of nerf guns. Yea, I’m a big old geek. I like that stuff.
Anyway, the store is organized pretty well. I think it’s one of the older Toys R Us shops, so it doesn’t look like the modern Toys R Us.
Anyways, I’ve never had a bad experience shopping here. Staff is nice and store is pretty organized. Thank you Toys R Us for a great shopping experience.

Decent Toys R Us? This particular one is pretty old, but always maintained & staffed well. However, on my last visit, I was told by 2 employees, that they did’nt have a certain item & while strolling through the store I found a shelf fully stocked of the item I had asked for?! Guess they need to be better trained @ customer service?! Other than that, this is usually our go to shopping location for CHRISTmas, birthday’s & other special occasions.

Wow! What a great experience this time & all because of Mohammed! He was very helpful with showing me how to print my reward points In the store & helping my kids find specific 3ds games. His kindness & game knowledge made my kids feel greatful as well! Thanks again-​natasha s.

I practically grew up here. It’s the same place I toddled thru and now stop by to look for deals for gifts! They must be doing very well because they had so little clearance that I didn’t buy a thing!

This has to be one of the worst stores for service, you would think that they don’t want you business. The cashiers are telling customers that it is not their job to ask if you need a gift receipt if you don’t ask for one before your purchase they can not give you one you are sent to customer service who in turn will tell you that you should have asked for one before they started to ring you up and that it is not their job to get you one. I guess the smart thing to do would have been to return the purchase and found a more customer friendly store.
