Went here with another couple and 8 kids this weekend. Service was outstanding. Waitress was very patient with our crew and the owner stopped to pick up a sippy cup our youngest dropped. We had pizza which was excellent. Eggplant pizza was a hit, even with the little ones. Cheese and pepperoni were all gone too.

My husband and I ordered take out from the Back Nine and we were both very happy. I had a burger made to order with onion and mushroom with sweet potato fried. He had a sandwich with fries. The service was quick. Friendly atmosphere. I would definitely eat this food again. Support local business!

Went to Jane lunch there yesterday. Our beer was flat and the waitress was nice to give us a different draft. Ordered the quesidilla and it was burnt. I had two bites. My friend ordered a sausage sandwich and it came undercooked. He got sick on the course. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

My husband and I have come here 4 times in the last few weeks. It was recommend from a couple that we met at another restaurant. We love the pizza and the hog wings are awesome. We always sit at the bar, all the girls are great very attentive. Rich is the chef we met him. He actually brought out some dessert people for everyone to try. Friendly and fun place and yummy food you can’t beat that.

Went there last week on beautiful summer day. Sat on the patio. Nice setting. Food was very good and came out hot(which seems to be problem lately in a lot of places I have been going to lately). Why a 4? Waitress was very nice, but disappeared for long periods. I expect it has to with the way they have staff set up for outside and indoor duties. Also, my wives specialty cocktail(with less expensive liquor than my mix drink) was 9 dollars while mine was 6.50. This makes no sense. Still very nice experience. I recommend for outdoor seating.

I was reading some of the highly negative reviews, and can honestly say we experienced none of the poor service or food referenced in those reviews. Four of us had cocktails and appys here tonight and we had a very nice time. I’m on the executive board of an industry organization, and we met for a preliminary planning meeting for the 2015 – 16 year. We set up shop on the outdoor back patio overlooking the very nice scenery at the Southington Country Club. Our food was an order of eggplant fries($ 8), Parmesan Quesadilla($ 9), Cup of chili($ 5), Asian Dumplings($ 9), a side of meatballs($ 12) and a Caesar with Chicken($ 14). Photos of everything are attached. I didn’t think the fries were that great, they were on the flaccid mushy side. But the quesadilla was terrific– thick with cheese and massively portioned– it was a pretty good $ 9 value. The cup of chili was very good too– nicely spiced and served hot with a side of tortilla chips. The meatballs might appear pricey at 2 for $ 12, but wait till you see how big they are — the dish turned out to be a pretty good value. Beers ran $ 4.50, wines were $ 5, a Tito’s vodka ran $ 6.25, and a Jamo on the rocks ran $ 8.50. Our bill for four ran $ 134, and we had plenty to eat and drink in a beautiful setting. No complaints with the service either, our servers were pleasant and cheerful. We had a very pleasant evening and may book an event here in the Fall.

We love going here for drinks and food! Best espresso martini! They even brew the espresso fresh! My husband loved the $ 20 deal for five domestic bottles and either 20 wings or 4(big) sliders that is offered during college or NFL football games. He went for the Yuengling domestic bottles. Our favorite foods include the indulgent blue cheese garlic bread, Jack Daniels wings, chopped salad, eggplant pizza, and any of their burgers! I don’t eat red meat, but I always have a hard time choosing between the tuna, salmon or turkey burger. Enjoy the patio in warmer weather!

Second time here. Sat at the bar both times. Alex the bartender was amazing. Attentive, knowledgable and friendly. The Reuben sandwich was SO good! So was the burger. Great place to have a burger and a beer.

We just wanted to have some drinks at a bar and appetizers. So if someone could explain the seating. We were told it was first come first serve. You don’t leave your name. So when a table opened up you had to run and/or fight for it. I understand in the bar this would be the case. Our experience WAS in the bar where we stood in everyone’s way with our drinks. We couldn’t relax because we had to be on alert to swoop down on a seat if there was any indication a person was leaving. Typical I suppose but when you could hear comments of how other people waiting were«going to make sure» they got that table — it was totally unfriendly. It was also the case the small dining room. It made no sense. At least you’d think they’d take names for the dining room. Either way I didn’t want to beat up anyone to get a table. I guess we’ll try this summer when there’s more room.

Always good for watching sporting events.$ 10 pasta specials every Monday night. Quality of food very good. First time I ever had a turkey burger that actually tasted like turkey.

My girlfriend and I tried this place in the back hills of Southington just because. We have been to everywhere in the Hartford county area. We have experienced all types of food. First off we sat down in the restaurant part and stayed away from the bar which was a good choice because the bar was loud and over crowed. Once we sat down we new we were not in any rush to do anything or go anywhere afterward because that is just our general makeup, but I am not one to complain but it took almost 10 minutes to be served by the staff. Once the staff came to take our order my girlfriend and I decided to put in some appetizers before anything. This restaurant is like most restaurants and claim that all of there food is great. But the buffalo chicken wings were nothing to write home about. I have had far better. Also we got a cheesy garlic bread which was surprisingly excellent. Or actually let me rephrase that, the parts that weren’t burnt were awesome, but the one other knock with the bread was, there was no pasta sauce on the side to dip the bread in. Clearly not impressed. Once the appetizers came our main dish came shortly after which was actually to fast because we could not totally finish our appetizers. Our main dish was a large cheese pie which we split for the simple fact that the menu in my personal opinion was very limited to junk food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, and other food that is quick to prepare. For a country club I am very disappointed in the menu and service. If I wanted junk food I would have good to Burger King. But back to the main course the cheese pie; the pie was horrible and for me to say that about anything is saying a lot about a meal because I eat and finish everything. This pie was cooked hot and fresh but for some reason it had a fishy smell to it. I remember that there was a salmon burger on the menu and the pie tasted a lot like that. I don’t know what was wrong with the pie, but nevertheless what the small and taste was it was horrible. Also the crust was not crunchy it was burnt and rock hard. If I was a senior citizen with dentures I wouldn’t have not able to eat the pie. When it came to taking the pie home we said yes to taking it home because we did not want to be rude because a big portion was left over. On the way home my girlfriend and I were so upset with the restaurant and food that we stopped to get gas and dumped the left over pie in the trash. All and all the restaurant lay out was great and the service once they came to the table was average but the food had its highs and its lows. More lows than highs if you know what I mean. Hopefully I save the next person the trouble of going here for a meal. I would not go back if I was paid to go back.

I’ve only heard good things about this place, so I was looking forward to a convenient dinner close to home in a nice setting on the golf course. It did not go as planned. We had to ask twice to get our dirty table wiped clean. We had to ask three times for water. We had to ask for place settings after we got our appetizers. The macaroni and cheese«balls» were triangles that had clearly come out of a frozen bag from the grocery store. They ran out of Sam Summer by 9pm on a Saturday. The next best option for a summery beer was Shock Top, so I ordered that instead. There was a bone in the chicken of my chicken Cesar salad(the salad was taken off my bill, but I obviously lost my appetite at that point). My husband’s hot dog was fine, but his fries were good. When I asked for a refill of the Shock Top, the waitress came back and said that they ran out of Sam Summer. Never mind. As we left, we noticed that tables had been wiped clean, but the seats still had a bunch of crap on them. I then realized that I had to brush stuff off of my butt. This is probably a fun place to have a beer on the patio and enjoy the summer weather for those who don’t mind a limited beer list, but the cleanliness, service, and food will prevent us from dining here again.

Recently remodeled bar; very well done; friendly staff and good atmosphere. Many beers on tap, good choices. Got a Jack Daniels burger, medium with sweet potato fries; overall it was good but the burger was a little over cooked and the fries were a little under cooked. Definitely a nice place to hang out; lots of TVs with different sporting events on.

Came here for our first time for dinner. Great, clean restaurant right on the golf course. Their pizza is really good. It’s a nice, thin crust with great toppings. The atmosphere is lively and laid back with plenty of tv’s for sport viewing. I had a bison burger that I will not order again. However everyone else’s food for dinner tasted really good(chicken parmesian, filet mignon). I’m looking forward to ordering a pizza to take home in the future.
