Untrustworthy. Went yesterday and picked out a remnant piece for a hearth. They tagged the piece for a 24 hour hold. When I went in today to purchase the slab I was told it MAY be needed by another contractor and that I would have to wait 4 – 5 weeks to find out. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
