I use the Moe’s app to order my to go food because after a long day at work in food service I prefer to just order without speaking to someone haha. The app to go orders are almost always done when I get there. One time though, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food that should have been done. The manager there is always friendly and super nice. One time they gave me all broken chips/crumbs so I went to the manager to ask if I could have some whole chips. Without hesitation, he said«absolutely» and gave me new chips and he even apologized. Everyone is always nice here. The food is much more flavorful than Chipotle.

Went to Moe’s today for lunch. I eat burritos pretty frequently so I know about how long it typically should take to move through a line. Took me about 35 minutes from when I walked into Moe’s to actually get my burrito(was about 15 people in line). I’ve been to chipotle where there have been 30 people in line and im eating my burrito 15 minutes later. needless to say I wasn’t happy. They had 3 people working the line, two of whom were absolutely clueless and all three were rude. Dropping all sorts of shit in the food on the line, rude attitudes, slow as slow gets. Took this girl like 7 minutes to put hot sauce on my burrito. To top things off I asked for a small drink at the register, the girl working(Jocelyn) proceeds to ignore this request then runs my card and walks away. I will not ever be going back in there and who ever manages this place needs to get it the fuck together or that place isn’t going to last much longer.

SOMEHOW, I’ve managed to stop at this Moe’s location twice in the last few months(once on my way back to PA from Canada, and once on my way back from NH). I didn’t realize I had been there before at first, but they must have a great location if you randomly stumble into their doors more than once in a year while just traveling through CT. Both times staff were fast and friendly and the food was fresh.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! After waiting 10 minutes in line we were greeted by the rudest workers. The bacon was bad, there was barely any cheese on the cheese quesadilla, and the chips were stale. The girl at the cash register was so rude it took all I had not to just throw the food at her and leave! We were overcharged by $ 15 and when I said something she picked an argument with me! I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with a place. This will definitely be the last time I step foot in this Moe’s!

I’m not quite sure what it is I love most about moe’s — the fresh veggies or the quacamole, but they are outstanding. Maybe it’s also the excellent balance of spices in the various dips and spreads. They also had cool music — only one problem therw though — it’s too damned loud!

I frequent this Moe’s for a quick bite often and my experience is that it is getting worse and worse everything I walk in there. Compared to the Moe’s on the Berlin Trpk and Glastonbury, I think they are being really cheap with the amount of meat that they are putting on there burritos. The staff is hit or miss — sometimes really great and fast; other times glacier speed. Side note, it’s not uncommon to use the soda machine and the diet coke isnt working… Try Salsa’s ~ 10 mins away in Plantsville; its real mexican burritos.

This Moe’s has gone down a bit since it opened. If you come here expecting authentic Mexican you’re insane(and drive 3 exits down the highway to Salsa’s in Plantsville) They still have the nifty Coke Freestyle machine(I think this was the first place I ever used one.) Portions seem to be about the same, but the workers move at a glacial pace. The fact that they no longer yell«Welcome to Moe’s» exemplifies the IDGAF attitude seen here now. The food is still good, and I love how adding fistfuls of cilantro if you want them is a thing here. OMNOMCILANTRO The food is still good though! And to the girl whining about the«muzak»: Led Zeppelin is NOT muzak. Get a grip and a better taste in music.(I will concede that in the back seating area it’s a bit loud but I’d rather have Zeppelin rattling my brain at a high volume than some generic modern pop BS artist)

I have mixed feelings about Moe’s. I love the variety of their fresh ingredients. Cilantro and jalapeños are a must on any burrito, salad, or stack. I really love the stacks here at Moe’s. It’s like a crunch wrap supreme from Taco Bell but with more choices. Guac is extra, bacon is extra, and queso is extra– unless it comes on the item you order. The home wrecker burrito already has guac Accounted for and the stacks have queso accounted for. My one complaint is that the hours reflected on the door is different from the hours on the website or on Google.

The food here is good. Really similar to chipotle. But the prices are the same as a casual restaurant, so if you’re looking for table service you’re better off at chili’s or bertuccis.

Had my first Moes on Monday. Now the whole family wants me to stop by nightly. Great stuff!

I only have good things to say about this Moe’s in Southington. The food is great, the staff is nice, and the seating area is pretty well maintained and clean. A friend and I go on Monday for Moe Monday, and I don’t think there has been a week where we were disappointed. I have been to a few other Moe’s(West Hartford, CT and Shrewsbury, MA come to mind), and this one by far is the best out of the others I’ve been to. The corn pico at this Moe’s is the best corn pico I’ve had. The other locations they make their corn pic like normal pico, and throw a piece or two of corn in and that’s it, whereas at Moe’s in Southington it is corn with a little bit of pico in it. I personally prefer that way, but your mileage may vary!

I had been to the Moe’s in Bristol once, but I walked out because the line was too long and I was on a short time limit. Anyway, I walked into Moe’s in Southington and was greeted by the loud«WELCOMETOMOE’S!» and was then promptly greeted and helped by the wonderful staff. Although they were young, they impressed me with their quickness and willingness to help me. I had NO idea what I was doing and was overwhelmed by my novelty. I told the young girl what I wanted and she obliged. I love anything you can customize, so that was a plus. I really can’t even remember what I got, I think it was called a «stack,» but it was the best thing I had ever eaten. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely no complaints. Love the homewrecker with ground beef and steak. Ah… I love this place to death! So returning when possible.

I have not had a positive experience at this Moe’s. The staff has been disinterested in moving things along in a hurry. Or willing to go the extra bit to make any customer happy. For instance they had run out Southern Sweet Tea. And the employee just told them to assist sugar to their Northern Tea instead if brewing new sweet tea. And the waits have been unexpectedly long. The inside is nice, there is ample seating and it is clean. The location is a plus easy on/off at 84 and ample parking in its plaza.

I hate fast food that’s not really fast. I hate fast food that doesn’t think it’s fast food. Moe’s irks me in both regards. It is overpriced fast food that you have to wait forever to order, shuffling slowly forward as you watch others assemble their food at a glacial pace like they’ve never been there before. The ingredients are fresh and organic, hence Moe’s fast food identity crisis but I never really leave sated.

Good and inexpensive food. Has a good deal on Mondays. Much better than the Taco Bell across the street!

I love this place as much as I love Taco Bell. Blasphemy, I know… but this IS a compliment! I’m a strict vegetarian and Moe’s has a little section just for me. :) I really love the free chips and salsa(unlimited salsa? whaattt??), plus the atmosphere is kinda cool. One tip — if you don’t have kids DONOT go to Moe’s on a Tuesday. You will regret it. Enjoy!
