Daughter is 3.5. I out names on all of her stuff. Every time I pick her up they cannot find her things. Today was the worst. 1. My daughter comes running out of the little door to greet me. What if it were a stranger? Shouldn’t the little kid door be locked? 2. They send her to me with her bag and no shoes. I am like where are her shoes. She says her sticker said she has no shoes. I say no she had pink tennis shoes. So then a girl goes and finds them. Then I look in her bag. Blanket and dippy cup missing. So they spend 29 mins looking for those. I do not understand why a child care place doesn’t have cubbies or some sort of practice of organization for the kids things.

We love the convenience and the kids love to go there. They are always happy when we come get them and always talk about how much fun they had. Adventure Kids is a life saver!

My kids love this place. My 3 year old constantly begs to go play. The staff is amazing and they always seem to be having fun.
I could not give a higher rating for 2 reasons.
1. They watch a LOT of TV. Every time I go to pick up my kids it’s on, and my daughter tells me that they encourage the kids to sit down and watch it, even if she says she doesn’t want to.
2. They don’t keep up with kids’ personal stuff. (I’m not talking about hair bows and toys either.) They have called me asking for diapers, then when I go to pick up I see my child’s diapers, with her name on them still sitting there unused. They also sent my 2 year old home in another child’s pants. I have to go in each time and find socks, coats, etc because they do not put these things away or label them.

My kids love going here! When we drive by this location my kids (age 1 and 3) even ask if they can go play today, while pointing in its direction. Friendly, sweet staff and just a fun, safe place for kids.

We have used several Adventure kids locations including the location in Frisco and North Dallas on Forrest Lane. All the locations have been great. My kids always have a good time and enjoy going. On the weekends they are open until midnight which is great. It’s like a huge slumber party. They order pizza and work on crafts, play games… my kids love it.
I haven’t had any issues or complaints with any of the staff and any location. The only reason I’m not giving this location 5 starts is it’s REALLY HARD to find. It’s hidden in the back of a shopping center behind the bank. The Frisco location is also a pain to find because GPS maps are not updated since construction.

There was a time, when I would have given more stars, but lately AK has been plagued by a staff member who has no business dealing with the public. I doubt she is pleasant with the children either. «Kelly» is rude and hostile to the parents. I have heard other mom’s complain, but recently I had a big dose of this woman. She is unfriendly at best, but recently became unhinged after I asked to pay with a debit card instead of using my prepaid AK credit. It was certainly not that big of a deal to me, and I would have been happy to just leave the transaction standing. I was told that I had a problem. I was told that I had complaints every time I came to AK (which I don’t). I was barked at, and interrupted. I was not allowed to say anything, as she wouldn’t stop going off on me. I was barked at for going to the door, and getting my child, who was coming out to be picked up. Are you getting the idea? I was her punching bag of the day. Kelly obviously has some real issues, and I wish her the best in life. However, that kind of nasty, unprofessional, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I was polite, and treated her with the dignity and respect I would like to see from her. I do plan to take it up with the owner, and if need be, I will file a formal complaint with the state. I don’t need someone going postal on me because of a simple, reasonable request. I wonder how she interacts with the children?
