History

Established in 1999.

DFW Fertility Associates was established in 1999 by Dr. Samuel Chantilis. Since then Dr. Karen Lee, Dr. Mika Thomas, and Dr. Ravi Gada have joined the practice. In 2012, a second clinic was opened in Southlake. Our physicians have trained at the Mayo Clinic, Harvard, Duke, UT Southwestern, and University of Iowa, and have now brought all of their expertise into one practice conveniently located in Dallas and Southlake.

We wouldn’t be pregnant if t wasn’t for Dr. Gada and the rest of the team at DFW Fertility! IVF isn’t an easy process to go through. We had a lot of questions multiple times in the 11 months that we were patients of Dr. Gada, and many times he would personally call my husband or I after work hours. He, and his nurses (Shelly and Nancy) are extremely patient and happy to answer questions and walk you through the strenuous process over and over and over again. I feel very confident in their capabilities, and would recommend their office to anyone fighting the infertility battle.
