HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Asked for three donuts and decided to get a fourth. They came squished in a bag with frosting melted off. I asked for a box and the lady just handed it to me through the drive through. I waited to ask for napkins and she never came back. Had to go inside to get what I needed. Lady had a horrible attitude and said I should have known what I was ordering ahead of time. Huge attitude problem here. When I told her its customer service to give me a napkin, she said they don’t normally give out napkins. Lady… Come on…

Super friendly service, clean store, so-so donuts. I mean, it’s Dunkin’ so there’s not a lot of creativity to the offerings. There is a manager special that is a cake donut dipped in(maple?) frosting and then coated with crushed peanuts. It’s pretty tasty. You’ll pay around $ 10 for a dozen– I usually let the staff select everything, speeds up the process. They offer breakfast sandwiches too but I’ve never tried them. The coffee station is always popular in the morning, and they offer more than just their regular roast coffee. The iced caramel latte isn’t half bad.

So here’s the deal… I grew up on Dunkin being an east coaster but traded coasts for college. After living in CA for a long time I was deprived. I have an unhealthy obsession and I’ll admit it. When I roll up at 5am for my hazelnut coffee I’m always greated promptly and every employee has been so nice. I’ve had one random coffee coolatta mess up but all is forgiven.

RAWFOOD!! I went to this dunkin donuts this morning and was pissed when I bit into my sandwich. The chicken was PINK and RAW in the center as soon as I tasted it I spit it out! I have tried calling the store multiple times and I always get a busy signal. This is ridiculous you are a good establishment serving raw food. If I get sick I’ll know who to blame. UPDATE: finally got through to the store after my work day ended and an extremely rude high schooler aged boy answered the phone. I told him the situation and asked for a refund. He replied with«ya whatever just come in» ok thanks for the refund but knock the attitude. I went in told him I ordered the #15 meal and he only refunded the sandwich. No Hun I ordered the meal. «fine I guess I’ll refund the $.75 for the potatoes.» Like holy crap he was so rude I couldn’t believe it.

Employees are friendly and very helpful. Coffee and doughnuts are fresh. The road construction is awful.

Ok, it’s Dunking Donuts, so what can we say? Same flavor same products so it boils down to service… Service that is the issue here, donuts go fast and replenishment and the kids working there… Not so. The place needs more cleaning, there is never anyone cleaning the floors not to mention the restrooms. But hey, get your coffee here, it’s Dunking and still one of the best out there! I have never had Dunkin’ Donuts before but the drive to my new job takes me right by this store. I decided to stop at 5:57a.m. and the 2 donuts i received were freezing cold. I’m pretty sure the donuts were from yesterday, at that early in the morning you expect fresh warm donuts but not here. The 2 donuts cost $ 1.98 and everywhere else I’ve ever gone 2 donuts have cost $ 1.00. I’m giving this place 2 stars and not 1 because the staff was friendly. Skip this place and go to a family owned donut shop where you know their products are made fresh daily.

Aside from this Dunkin Donuts having the absolute worst parking situation ever(more on that later), this location is actually pretty decent. Whenever I need a good coffee & doughnut sugar rush, I’ll drive out of my way to get to this location. With that said, I still don’t know for the life of me why it is so difficult to make a triple expresso correctly(see my Tyler, TX review of DD). At Dunkin Donuts, its called a Turbo Shot. If I want three Turbo Shots, you would put this in the same cup like 99% of regular venues across the country would, right? No. Here, I have to explain it as if I’m talking to a 3rd grader. And they still don’t get it right! SMDH. The doughnuts and other goodies are fine, so this location gets an A+ for having a variety of fresh choices. One of today’s choices happened to have been the Cowboys doughnut, which I’m sure Jerry Jones has a hand in the latest Dallas Cowboys endorsement deal. Simply put, it s a white crème doughnut with blue icing and white stars. Pretty cool & tasty, actually. Now, the parking. I have to fault the Southlake engineers for this one. Whoever designed the parking situation for this plaza + Dunkin Donuts needs to be drop-kicked in the neck by Rhonda Rousey. Seriously, this aspect of DD absolutely sucks. You put a Dunkin Donuts franchise on a corner that is destined to have quite a bit of traffic, yet you put a sign up that says that you can’t make a left turn off of Southlake Blvd(coming off of 114). As a result, you have to fight some chooch to allow you to turn into a housing development, since that driver is obviously blocking the lane. This is not just a Dunkin Donut problem for their customers, but also for the other businesses in the plaza, such as Walmart, etc. Further, the drive-thru is crazy! Once again, folks need to get their caffeine and sugar fixes quick, fast and in a hurry. Meaning? They aren’t going to come inside, further blocking the lane into the parking lot by filling up the drive-thru. And if you come in from the other direction(from Keller) and make a right turn into the DD parking lot, guess what? Now you are fighting some angry driver that is exiting the drive-thru now. Its just a major fubar that has me scratching my head every time I come here. The Fred Sanford«You Big Dummy» award goes to the Southlake plaza engineers for their thoughtless design of this plaza. Whatever. Nonetheless, if heading to 114 to go to Dallas, I would recommend stopping here for a quick caffeine. In my opinion, Dunkin Donuts has the best coffee anywhere. However, if you are on Southlake Blvd heading into Keller, good luck. That route in itself is just a headache.

We have had multiple bad experiences here. The service is pretty slow. The donuts are really bad. There was a very thin coating of icing on all of the donuts, and the icing didn’t even cover the whole donut. We will not be returning.

The drive thru line took over 15 minutes at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. When we pulled up they didn’t even know what we ordered. Worst experience.

I grew up with Dunkin’ Donuts and loved them and was so happy when this one was built in the area a couple of years back. For me nothing tops a cake style donut, I cannot get used to over fried Krispy Kreme’s, they’re just not my thing. We don’t go as often as my sweet tooth would dictate but when we do donut holes are must anytime we go or our toddler would never forgive us. I enjoy the classics like jelly filled or regular powdered as well as the seasonal offerings and if they were a little closer I’d buy their coffee on a regular basis cause it’s a lot cheaper than Starbucks and I like the flavor.

This place is perfect! The drive thru is beautiful set up because you have a menu initially to browse and then you have the 2nd menu and intercom to order. Don’t you hate it when you’re waiting for your Java and someone’s holding up the line staring at the menu? This way it won’t happen! Plus this location has almond milk. Yay!

I’m visiting from Los Angeles, so anytime I can get to a Dunkin I take advantage. I love their bagels and butter(not a fan of cream cheese). My husband loves their double chocolate donuts, however both times we went while visiting, they didn’t have any :(I like their sour cream donuts the best of the donuts. The cronuts(croissant donuts) look good but I didn’t get one. They are a little over two dollars each. Love their coffee as it isn’t as strong as starbucks. I always appreciate the service from Dunkin Donuts, but maybe it’s because I am used to the unpleasant service LA has to offer.

I moved from Chicago to Dallas a year ago and I never knew how much I would miss donuts! There are tons of genero donut shops out there but they all close at noon. What the heck?! Where I come from donuts are not relegated as only a breakfast food. Sometimes after I get out of work I just want a donut. Thank goodness for this place. It is open until 9pm. I have to say of all the Dunkin Donuts I’ve visited(not in Dallas), this location has the freshest tasting donuts. I could go in the late evening and still get a pretty fresh donut. Thumbs up for that. I’ve visited the DD in the Super Walmart in Highland Village and it was a different story. They told me they only have one bake so they have the same morning donuts sitting around at closing time. Unacceptable to me. I wish the Dallas suburbs had better options for all day donuts, but at least it has this place!

Thank god for this place. I was super-early getting into work one day and I had a DD gift card in my wallet and had to seek this place out on my phone so I could get a medium regular. I know their coffee isn’t the best, but I’m from Boston. If you didn’t drink DD coffee you went to jail. It’s against the law NOT to like it. The coffee was exactly as I remembered it, for which I am very grateful. The guy behind the counter didn’t know what a medium regular was. «You mean with cream and sugar?» he asked. Yes. To all you texans: A medium regular is a medium coffee with cream and sugar. That’s how we order it in New England, home of Dunkin Donuts!(I think).

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a DD. the last time I vaguely remember was the one on Precinct Line, and that was via the drive through(this location also has a drive through). This a rather new location, occupies the space of a former Taco Bell. It’s gotten quite a face lift, featuring the bright orange colors and outdoor seating. At first the outdoor seating threw us, as who goes to DD to sit outside and eat donuts? But then we learned DD now sells sandwiches too, so the outdoor seating for lunch makes more sense. I guess the the outdoor seating also makes up for the loss of the indoor counter, which I confess I miss. I remember a much younger slimmer me sitting at the counter wonder which donut I’ll eat next(while drinking milk dispensed from one of those larger silver refrigerators with the big silver handle). There is also indoor seating, just not a a counter. I specifically stopped in for a French Cruller, probably my favorite donut of all time. I was surprised to see pumpkin donuts too, so a couple of those went into the bag as well. The cruller lived up to my expectations, and the pumpkin donut was pretty good too. All in a all a very good visit. There was a variety of hot and cold pumpkin themed coffee. I might be back to try those too. WiFi is also available at this location. Open until 10PM every night, it might make for sudden donut cravings, as most other donut shops are typically only open in the morning.
