Welcome to Johnson, Collins & Capps Orthodontics, the office of Drs. Grant Johnson, Monte Collins and Chad Capps. We are conveniently located in Southlake, Bedford and Coppell, Texas and proudly serve any and all of the surrounding communities with Damon Braces, Insignia, Invisalign invisible aligners and 3D orthodontic imaging! Our doctors, as well as our staff, strive to deliver exceptional results while helping our patients achieve a confident and beautiful smile. History

Established in 1974.

The practice was started in 1974 by Dr. Michael Johnson. In 1986 Dr. Monte Collins joined Dr. Johnson thus becoming Johnson and Collins Orthodontics. In 1999 Dr. Grant Johnson (Dr. Michael’s son) became part of the team. Dr. Michael Johnson retired a few years later but his legacy continues.
