Ordered the TKY, sweet tea, macaroni salad and jalapeño chips, AWESOME! Staff was super friendly, attentive and quick. Restaurant is quite small but I took my order to go.

We had lunch here during the week after a doctor’s appointment close by. We were there during lunchtime but got there JUST before a huge line formed. Nevertheless we ended up waiting a stupid amount of time for our confusing and time consuming order… of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. All two of them. I’m not quiet sure what went wrong, but we seriously waited for two of their simplest sandwiches while several people got their orders. Severe people who ordered AFTER us. Look, I like Pot Belly. I like their food, I generally like their atmospheres. We’ve eaten at Pot Belly in several different states. We’ve never had an experience like this one.

I would give it more stars if they could make an order correctly; but seriously, out of the 10 times I have been there, they have messed up my order 8 times. NO OIL means NO OIL. I mean come on, there was enough oil on that last sandwich to lube the rear axle on a 18 wheeler. there is a great technique to making a sandwich — and that is to listen to the words coming out of the customers mouth. Get it together!

The blonde lady at the front making the sandwiches in her 40s was VERY rude and embarrassed me. And I asked her a question and I got a SUPER rude remark. I absolutely love Pot Belly’s and I come here a lot, and after today this will be my last visit. ALSO there was a long hair in my chocolate chunk cookie. I am appalled and cannot believe this experience I just had.

The website is incorrect/​misleading. It says delivery, however, you find out when you call that it is only during lunch or for catering. Website also gave delivery zone which we were inside of. Went ahead and ordered and picked it up. They forgot to include my soup! Ugh. The 2 star rating is because the food is good.

Had lunch here yesterday. Everyone working the line was really nice and friendly. I’ve eaten at multiple Potbelly locations here in DFW, and it can be hit or miss on how good they are. I usually get the same sandwich or salad whenever I go. This place did a great job on both of our sandwiches. Maybe a tiny bit too much mustard on mine, but otherwise they were really good. Service was quick and the restaurant appeared to be nice and clean.
They do have some patio tables, so we were able to eat outside on what was a perfect weather day. Just wish it was a little more than tables sitting on the sidewalk area right by the parking lot. Still, it was great to have that option. The inside seemed a little smaller than some of the ones I’ve been to. Would definitely go back if we are in the area at lunchtime.

This was probably the worst sandwich I have ever bought from a «sandwich shop». To start with, the girl serving us could very possibly be out witted by a tree stump. Next, the sandwiches are prepared behind a tall counter so you could not see what she is putting on them. She didn’t consider asking us if we wanted any lettuce, pickle etc on them and afte r wrapping them up, I had to ask her to rebuild them. We ordered malts and just before capping them I had to ask if she had put any malt in them. Of course she forgot. After adding that in and reblending, the oreo chips in mine became oreo powder. We got to the lake a few minutes later and found we had extremely mushy sandwiches. My wife got a Mediterranean and I ordered an Italian. After a few bites we traded tastes. They both tasted the same. There was a good reason. They were both Mediterranean sandwiches. From now on I think I will stay in Jersey for my sandwiches.
