Robert J. Scott is a recognized industry expert in legal strategies, education, and awareness pertaining to information technology law. As the managing partner of Scott & Scott, LLP, Robert skillfully represents clients on issues where technology, media, and the law intersect.

He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association Computer Law Section, the Tarrant County Bar Association Intellectual Property Section, and a board member of the MSP Alliance, a worldwide organization of IT providers.

Robert has become a trusted resource on data privacy and network security, intellectual property, copyright and trademarks, Internet, and cloud computing. He is regularly called on by his peers to speak about these topics. His personal speaking engagements include web seminars, CLE seminars, and media appearances.
