I have been using Shafer Dental for years. Our whole family has been coming after my first visit in 2007. Dr. Shafer and his staff are all professional. Even with the staff changes over the years, I have not been disappointed. They help you work through any anxiety you have, no judgement and no pressure. (And I would know).
Dr. Shafer takes the time to talk to you letting you know what he recommends for your specific care. He answers any questions and does not make me feel rushed. His office does not pressure you to get any work done. They work with your insurance. And I rarely get an extra bill above what they estimated my 20% would be. Sometimes the insurance won’t cover but that’s not the offices fault.
