TC was founded by Caroline Malkin and Rosalind Prather in 2011. As former nannies themselves, they understand the importance of finding care you can trust and are passionate about enhancing the quality of in-​home child care. From the earliest stages of development, both partners have shared a commitment to creating a company that reflects the highest standards in the industry and provides superior, personalized service. Rosalind is obsessed with creating an awesome experience for both families and nannies and is constantly seeking to take TC to new heights. An industry leader and successful «momtrepreneur,» Rosalind has a deep understanding of the joys and struggles of family life and parenting. Caroline provides parents with support, guidance and personalized child care solutions and skillfully connects families with compatible nannies. She is a Certified Postpartum Doula and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience, especially regarding infant care.
