Top notch service at this Goodyear service center. I brought in my company vehicle and was trying to use a special fleet credit card to pay for an oil change and tire rotation. It’s an odd credit card that needs a phone approval which apparently can only be done between 9 – 5. The assistant manager was very helpful in trying to get the approval and when it wasn’t possible said he would save all the info and try again tomorrow before I came back for the service. I was impressed with his willingness to help and his professional customer service skills. Most repair shops would just say «we don’t take that card» and throw you out. The prices are very reasonable too.

Great price on tires, actually lowest price anywhere in the area. Friendly knowledgable staff. Yes, they will try and sell you a bunch of additional services that you may need, but that’s their job. You do not have to buy anything you do not want. Thanks GoodYear of Southwest Ranches!
